VERY nicely done middle-grade book on the background, characters and mission of Rogue One. I was really impressed with the writing - not dumbing it down for kids but keeping it at an appropriate level. I don't think it spoiled the plot either.

This is a mini / soft version of the Ultimate Visual Guide. Contains a lot of visuals, some graphics, names and basic information about Rogue One. Looks ideal for younger kids.

All the backstory anyone (even an adult!) could need before heading out to see the movie. It's not actually a plot summary - no spoilers here!

This was an intriguing, behind-the-scenes look at the latest STAR WARS film. It's full of fun factoids from the movie, giving quite a bit of background information on the people, places, and things that made ROGUE ONE such an extraordinary tale. Very few plot spoilers were given away, and there were great illustrations on almost every page! I also appreciated the glossary at the end of the book, especially its definition of "democracy" (take a look!). :) The writing was a bit repetitious at a few points, but overall, this was a very worthwhile reading experience -- one that I would definitely recommend to STAR WARS fans in any age bracket.

I was hoping for a plot summary of Rogue One--which this book wasn't, but still had lots of interesting facts. Such as, the Death Star's diameter is 99 miles!
