The premise of this book is to regard food as fuel and medicine while focusing on physical and brain health. They start by preparing the pantry, purging unhealthy ingredients and processed foods while restocking with healthy alternatives. Tools of the trade are recommended for meal preparation along with methods of cooking.
The recipes cover smoothies, breakfast to dinner, salads and sides plus dessert. Lots to choose from.
As my copy is already a second-hand find and falling apart, I will flip through to pull a few recipes out for my recipe box and discard the book. The binding didn't hold up well to regular use.

Makes sense if you have the time to prepare all these foods

I love the idea of eating all these healthy meals, I just don't have the time and money to shop for all the ingredients and prepare everything.

Good recipes but not as up to date with optimal food choices for the brain. Take what's useful but know what to leave out.
