For a very long time I would 'grab & go' anything for breakfast - whatever sausage/cheese/egg muffin sandwich was cheapest when fast food restaurants were undercutting each other. This book gave me some great ideas for quick and healthy choices that take little time and effort. After reading this book it became a lot easier to plan what to have for breakfast.

This short book contains good variety of vegetarian and vegan superfood breakfast options. The vegetarian options contain mostly yogurts so it would be possible to substitute your favourite non-dairy milk and yogurts. Most of the offerings also contain fruit and some sugars, so they lean towards sweet.
If I had any criticism of this collection, it would be that it needed more savoury options. Some people just don't like sweet breakfasts. The savoury options also are the ones with eggs.
That said, this is a well thought out and tasty collection of smoothies, bowls, grain dishes, bars and scrambles with a minimum of hard to find ingredients.
