Although I already knew much of what was in this book, there were still a good 20 tips or so that I tagged to look at again and learn from. For instance: #21 Turn Motivational Tweets into Images - shares sites for easily turning quotes into images and I want to give these a try.
The first chapter is great for teachers who are beginning on Twitter - I'm hoping this book will help some of them jump on board.

For beginners to Twitter four stars or maybe even higher. Though would they be reading a book? Don't get me wrong ... I mean three as a compliment. I really liked the middle section (for those familiar with Twitter) and the first half or so of the last section (looking to become a Twitter "rock star"). This will take repeated references to get the full advantage.
A great resource for learning about Twitter, whether you have no idea what Twitter is, have just hatched, or are a seasoned tweeter. If the last, there is a lot of great material for how to share Twitter and guide others to potentially experience its benefits for their own professional development and be a source of positive collaboration, change and culture.
Whether you're a novice or seasonedTwitter user, there's a lot to learn from this book. I can see where it might be the most valuable resource a school administrator can have when branding a school.
When you are first getting started in the Twitter world it's a lot to take in. It can be overwhelming. You have heard so many educators say that Twitter is the best PD they have ever received but how can you make this a reality for you? This book starts off with a basic overview of how to get started on Twitter and then progresses into different ways educators can use it for a learning tool to better their instruction. This tool is not just for teachers, it's for any educator looking to find ways to get the most out of social media.
If you have no idea what Twitter is or how to use it and you are an educator, this book will be a very useful resource for getting started. Some of the tips refer to specific resources no longer available (Google+, for example), and some are outdated (Twitter has changed from 140 characters to 280), but the general ideas are still useful for the uninitiated.
