bayleigh actually thinking jace forgot their anniversary when that boy is obsessed with her is sooo dumb also he got her not only a trip away but a one of a kind necklace with his and their sons fingerprints inside while she just got him a fucking sign for his job?? once again jace deserves better than bayleigh and i don’t understand why he loves her

It was nice to read a book in their story where Bayleigh wasn't stressing about how she didn't deserve Jace but there really wasn't much of a story here. It was all about her day to day life as they got ready to open The Track, built their first home, her stress that Jace might have forgotten their upcoming anniversary, and her new found love of exercise. It was a pretty quick read though and if you have read the first eight books, you might as well read this one too.

One more book left to this series. Please, let Bayleigh have a shred of confidence. Ahhhhh!!! I keep reading though since the plot is interesting. The kids on the online book covers look too young. I expected Jace to appear 'badass'. I'm excited to read the spinoffs too.

So good!

The ending was just great and the plot is so intriguing. It gives hope for people like me who are known to be hopeless romantics.

The worst by far. I had to force myself to finish it! I love Amy Sparling's writing but this whole series is hard to read. The main characters aren't likeable (or are so two dimensional that I don't know why I should be cheering for them) and there are so many chronological problems that I got lost as to what day it is. At one point the girls are on the bleachers and it is the end of September and two pages later they are talking about the big event at the beginning of August. I know not every mistake can be caught but it made me want to quit reading. I will continue to read u Sparling's work and recommend her to my friends because aside from this series she has been truly amazing, but I would not tell anyone this book exists.

Imagine, for your second wedding anniversary, your husband gets you a necklace with his and your son's fingerprints engraved, and plans an extravagant romantic surprise getaway for the two of you...

And you get him...

A sign.

That's not an anniversary gift, that's a business investment.

I loved the ending, but god, Bayleigh is so unbearable sometimes! The body negativity did not age well 🙄 and her being angry with Jace, without COMMUNICATING. I have to keep reminding myself, they’re young so they don’t understand lol
