I liked this book, but preferred Sherwood Schwartz's "Inside Gilligan's Island." Joey Green does offer a detailed synopsis of each episode (of particular interest are the "plot impossibilities"). However, Schwartz gives us a very short synopsis of each episode in an Appendix, plus tells us first hand of the production of the show itself. But if you're a lover of this show, you're surely going to read both, as I did. Sadly, the musical never made it bigtime, but if you ever get the chance to see it, go!
