Completely delightful. I've made around a dozen of the recipes in this book, including the lemon roasted potatoes, chicken stew, salad, and smoked chicken, and have found them all to be completely worth the effort. Highly recommended.
Lots of interesting background on some of our favourite restaurants. Many recipes I would like to try including Filistix Mobile Kitchen’s South Pacific coconut curry chicken and Napa cabbage slaw. Warm gingerbread from The Hardware Grill.
I made the Key Lime Tart from Duchess. So easy my kids could make it and just as tasty as one purchased at the restaurant. I also made Lemon Roasted Potatoes from Lambwich (a restaurant I've never eaten at). So easy and delicious. Now there are many recipes which are just too fussy and I can't be bothered with but I am excited to try some other favorites like the Warm Gingerbread from Hardware Grill and Rajas con Crema Quesadillas from Tres Carnales.
