This book left me slightly confused… I feel unsure of the plot and the meaning. Individually the stories are interesting and the worlds built around them are picturesque, but I don’t think it quite hits. The book asks on the back, ‘what was their purpose?’ And I’m honestly still not sure after reading. Perhaps that is the point, to leave the reader speculating on the link and the worlds, but I’m personally not a fan of having so much unanswered.

It’s an okay and quick read, I think the idea has potential but Sherwood didn’t execute it.
