Reviews

[David]

Packed with information about a broad range of Highland history, life, culture and society. Only problem will be retrieving specific points on future visits as the indexing is cursory.

[Anthony Cleveland]

Slogged through this one … fairly academic …. Some parts were very interesting and well written but in general I can’t recommend .

[Krys]

Dry so far, but very informative

[Peter]

An interesting read and a book that probably deserves to be updated with a new edition as both the tone and presentation are somewhat dated.
