There is nothing new in this book. Just a very brief run through of memory and memory loss.

For what it is it was good, but nothing in this book was new to me. Yes, they’re good techniques but I think I’d rather have read more of those than the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ etc. And as it was a freebie I can’t complain too much at how incredibly short it was.
