Not sure why this book is getting the lower ratings it is getting.
I loved this book. I found the recipes unique, healthy and easy to make. Recipes ranged from breakfast to dessert and included numerous HEALTHY salad dressings.
I do plan on trying several of the recipes, so it will be interesting to see if my rating changes.
Lots of amazing healthy food information and tips. Half the book is great on HOW to eat and the second half is full of interesting and flavorful recipes.
