Though the first book I read by Kathleen Harrington is one of my top favorite historical romance novels, this sequel fell incredibly far from DreamCatcher.
I didn't get the range of emotions that I did from DreamCatcher and found too many weaknesses to recommend this book.
The premise was what I was seeking in bringing together my two favorite historical types of characters, first nation and highlander. What a heady mix of action and romance this promised. But alas, even the romance rang hollow.
I think I will let some time pass before I try another Harrington romance.

Mix a Highlander with an Native American princess what could go wrong? I really liked this book. It mixed by love of the Highlands with my love of Native American.
