A is a myth. Non-A also happens to be true at times. But not all the time. (both sentences are great to know). Sometimes people may or may not go for non-A. But learn to embrace A, non-A, half-A, sort-of A, A minus, lesser A, as well. Think about the B too. But all we can say for sure is A is a myth.
How about more illustrative chapters on keywords and research used throughout the chapters, instead of citation-washed mundane material (i.e. real life intimacy), which is data-ified by psychologists? Is this a book written for the perplexed young reader, or dating population who happens to be university-literate, or researchers, or general public, or who else? I am leaving the book thinking, daters gonna date. And I am not even sure if that means more than already what I have known.
'Thoroughly interrogates' means a good amount of citation, detailed examples of experiments and conflicting arguments by a diversity of researchers, which should be good. In reality, while reading it can sway your attention. Who said what?
Having said that, that many citations can be good for keeping the record for issues of sexual rights and human rights.
