Written by one of the kindest men in the world, this gives a glimpse into his struggles with addiction and family love as well as his practice of Buddhism. There is also a helpful, unpretentious chapter on how to begin a meditation practice.

A deceptively simple book that I will read again. A beautiful little guidebook.

Among the best texts for those inclined to Buddhist sensibilities, imho.
