I thought this read was just average. The storyline was too rushed for the reader to have the time to connect with the characters and enjoy the drama and the romance development, and I felt like the plot had loopholes. It just didn’t stir my emotions. I like ups and downs in a story, but this didn’t keep me engaged by making me feel.

This mc story presents the ugly along with its love story. There was plenty to like: an alpha biker hero, intense attraction, good secondary characters…All in all, the story was interesting. There was action, nice sex scenes, beautiful love story. I'm guessing this is a pretty solid read among the books out there but not a favorite of mine.

ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review.

Lucy knows if she stays she will be living a hell there is no coming back from. She runs and finds herself seeking help from Deathstalkers MC, they agree to protect the fourteen year old girl but she has to stay out of sight and be under the watchful eye of Jordan, a prospect trying to earn his badge.

Jordan knows he is in trouble, He is attracted to Lucy but she is too young and off limits. They form a friendship until she turns eighteen and then Jordan decides it is time to claim her as his own. However now that she is of legal age, her family is around and can destroy all they are building.

Had several twists I did not see coming. I liked Lucy and I think they way she stays strong even when she feels like giving up was intense. Loved Jordan, he is so sweet and devoted to Lucy. Fast paced riveting read.

A simple Romeo + Juliet tale... NOT!

Corrupted starts out as a basic Romeo + Juliet MC story, where the hero, a gritty young protege and his mentor find a battered teenage girl hiding in a warehouse. They want to throw her out, but she begs them for protection. Protege Jordan is attracted to the young Lucy right away, but the problem is she's 14.

By allowing Jordan & Lucy to "grow up" together, Noelle amps up the sexual tension quite a bit. Lucy is infatuated with her "hero," but Jordan has been ordered to protect her, while keeping his hands off her. MAJOR sexual tension here! The frustration only lasts a few chapters, thankfully, and when Lucy finally turns 18, it is explosive! Whee!!! SUPERHOT Sexytimes! Fan please!

Of course, the story doesn't end there. Lucy's "family" comes back for her, and it gets heartbreakingly ugly. Gruesomely ugly. For a while, it's unclear whether Lucy will even survive the punishment she's dealt.

This simple story is not so simple after all, but it's very satisfying. The little teaser for HEINOUS at the end is also deliciously inviting. Looks like another 5-Star read coming soon from Noelle!

Highly recommend!

3.5 to 4 stars.

To say Lucy's family is religious would be a huge understatement, she's fourteen and has just been told she's to marry her uncle Simon who already has nine wives two of which are her cousins.
He’s abusive to all of them to the extent where he's beaten two to death and when she tells her mother she just can't go through with it her uncle and father beat her badly, she escapes and runs for her life hiding in a warehouse belonging to the local MC and that's the start of her story.
It's a difficult read at times since it doesn't dodge the abuse, as Lucy's story unfolds we discover the full horror of her life and what her future would have been had she stayed.
There's so much here that I liked especially that it doesn't jump immediately from her being fourteen to eighteen, we see her life progress, how she changes and how this MC becomes her family.
As with all books there were things I didn't like, she has a huge TSTL moment and other bits but it was a scene near the end that just felt wrong to me I don't want to make this a spoiler review and I'm not saying there wasn't justification because there was, tons of it but it just felt wrong but it's still a good read.

This book is so different that it is in its own category of AWESOME!

Goodness, I sat down with the book and before I knew it was bedtime and I was done with the book. That is how good the book is, you CAN'T PUT IT DOWN!!! Putting it down doesn't even cross your mind!

The beginning draws you in, Lucy has a life that will shock you and her salvation comes in the form of Jordan. Jordan is a prospect at the MC and he has always wanted to be a biker but getting his patch gets put on hold and the reason why will surprise you. Lucy finally gets a family, a family that shows her love and care about her, a family that will protect her. But where she comes from what she is feeling for Jordan are thoughts of SINNERS! She has to become use to her new life and while hiding from the evils that are looking for her.

The book isn't for everyone, I am one of the people that love books that have a unique story line and Corrupted is so much more than I expected. Some scenes had me cringing and I freaking loved them. The plot was well thought out and the story very well written, the suspense and bada** affect was something I haven't seen in some time. The book is an absolute must read and everyone needs to get into Alexis' twisted, sexy and oh so steamy mind! God, those sex scenes, good luck on the motorcycle, that was so damn hot!

Parts were comical, the names the MC club gave Lucy and Jordan are funny yet so fitting.

I want more of this club! I need to see where these guys are gonna take me and I need to see more of Mary and Whip!

Bravo Alexis Noelle, lady you rocked this book and took me on a ride I won't soon for get and I'm salivating for more!!!!!

CORRUPTED was a book that totally pulled me in by the blurb.  A girl runs to an MC for protection and let's see how her life ends up from there.  But what could have been a fantastic story, ended up taking turns that left me wondering how we got there or cringing with why we go there.

Lucy was a fourteen-year-old girl who ran from her religious cult family, hiding in a building she knew a local MC hung out at.  When she's discovered and tells her story to the MC President, he makes a deal with her for room and board.  Over the next four years, she grows up while keeping the clubhouse clean and the boys fed all under the watchful eye of prospect Jordan.

I was with the story at this point.  She was a young girl, the men are going to protect her.  But then Jordan, who I think was 21 at the time, finds himself attracted to the girl.  So he vacillates between being protective and being an ass to her.  Lucy, of course, thinks herself in love with Jordan, so she relishes any kind of contact.  But then Lucy's eighteenth birthday rolls around, suddenly Jordan is ready to make her his ol' lady and Lucy's crazy ass family starts wrecking havoc.  It all seemed too much too fast.  I needed the relationship between Jordan and Lucy to develop more, understand her place within the MC now that they considered her an adult and then maybe the crazy family could cause trouble.  But with both of those things happening practically on top of each other felt too rushed to me.

And let's talk about Lucy's family.  I get that her family was batshit crazy, but a little heads up in the storyline that they were THAT crazy would have been a nice warning.  I went from thinking her parents were religious zealots willing to marry off young girls in the name of whatever religion they practiced, to finding out they were much more evil.  Which made me question why Lucy hadn't clued the MC in on just what she was running from and if she did, how the hell I had missed that information.

For the most part, CORRUPTED was an enjoyable read.  Lucy and Jordan are sort of star-crossed lovers, which gives a bit of an "aw" factor (or as "aw" as you can get with an MC).  And I loved how the brothers all embraced this little girl, making her part of their family.  Despite my storyline issues, I still look forward to more Deathstalker MC books.

I beta read this book for Alexis Noelle. Y'all are going for a ride with this one. Hang on to your leather!

***Published Review:

I beta read this book for the authors. Here is my beta review.

This is a new twist for Author Alexis Noelle. Not the suspense. She's great at writing suspense. MC is a new turn for her. I was excited to see what she could come up with for a motorcycle romance. These books tend to be a little more violent. Boy did Alexis hit the ball out of the park on the violence and the romance.

In the initial Beta version of this book there were several things that changed from the final version. I think readers will love this story and how Lucy and Whip are in this story. Their journey is a bit complicated and definitely has more than it's fair share of twists and turns. Corrupted is definitely a great way to describe this storyline. I think it will have you on the edge of your seats in places through out the book.

Enjoy!

Corrupted is a very unique book. I’ve read MC books. I’ve read books that touched on the subject of religious cults and sects. I’ve read books where the two merge. But, I’ve never read a book like Corrupted. It’s gritty, raw and utterly-heartbreaking in parts and at the same time, it’s hopeful and realistic. I loved it.

Life isn’t always perfect. People don’t always get happily ever afters without crossing through hell. Lucy was put through just that and it broke my heart. But Noelle weaved a tapestry of emotions that had me turning pages until way past my bedtime.

The chemistry between Lucy and Jordan was sweet, tense and so perfect. Noelle made the characters jump off the page and into my imagination. If you’re looking for a dark, raw, emotional read, this is for you. Five stars!

Sometimes it's okay to let someone save you. Sometimes it's okay to save yourself.

Wow...I was so not expecting this story. It started off a little slow because Lucy was only 14 but the story picked up quickly as Lucy aged to 18 within the first several chapters. I loved Jordan but Lucy was the real star of this book. I wasn't prepared for the brutality of what happened to her and it crushed me. But the way Jordan supported her and the way she was able to slowly move on made me love her even more. I was not ready for their story to end and could have continued to read more about them. I'm hoping to get more of Jordan and Lucy in the next book about Twisted. So excited for his book!! There were a lot of characters that I'm hoping will get their stories told. (Tracie, Danny, Shooter, Torch, etc.) This was my first Alexis Noelle read and she has gained a HUGE fan in me.

The girl is 14 and idk if anything happens before she turns 18, but what they're exposing her to is ridiculous to me. She just left a cult, but sees a girl finishing up a blowjob day 1. I'm done. Rolling my eyes too much.

***Minor spoilers, TW: PHYSICAL & SEXUAL ABUSE, RAPE, SUICIDE***

Lucy is in trouble. She lives with a family who is highly religious, where the women marry relatives and are meant to be completely submissive (or are beaten), the men have many wives, and any offenses committed by a wife could cause her husband to beat her to death and successfully excuse it away as a "heart attack." Lucy is meant to marry her uncle, but refuses and runs away into a building that belongs to an MC. She is found and a man named Jordan convinces the man with him to give her a chance instead of throwing her out. The president of the club agrees to keep her after hearing her story, and she is allowed to live there in exchange for housekeeping and cooking work. But with her family out looking for her, how long can her happiness last?

I actually ended up reading this book in one sitting, and I stayed up way too late because I just had to know what was going to happen next. The premise for this novel was quite interesting, and that combined with good writing made for an enticing story. It was quite short, and I was able to breeze through it, as I mentioned. What kept me reading was the fast pace and the need to know what was going to happen to the characters, especially Lucy.

Lucy was a bit of a Mary Sue type of character, but it fits her backstory so I can excuse it here. She was otherwise likeable, but her innocence was a bit grating at times. Jordan was interesting, but I thought it was questionable that he was into Lucy even when they first met and she was only 14 years old. The age difference felt pretty weird. One other thing about him bothered me, when he told Lucy .

Overall, this was a quick and easy read that can be easily devoured in one sitting. It's quite fast paced, and there are no boring moments. There was action straight through to the end, and the end was satisfying. If you're looking for a quick romance with some action thrown in, I'd pick up this book.

I have to start off by saying this is a new author for us to read and enjoy.I have to say that I enjoyed the author's story of Jordan and Lucy and their journey to finding love and happiness among the Deathstalkers MC.

I have to say that this story was a heart wrenching story to read.Lucy is brought up in a religion where a man takes multiple wives as long as childhood brides.Although she enjoy's certain aspects of her religion she know's she must find a way to escape.Lucy's desires in life are much more than being more that one mans wife.
Lucy's life changes monumentally when she decides to escape her future.Lucy's escape leads her to the Deathstalkers MC warehouse. This character does not know how much her life is about to change as her religion goes against everything this MC club stands for.

I always find myself having a favorite character in its story and mine would have to be Jordan.I picked Jordan because you could not help but fall in love with the protective possessive man.He also had a heart as big as the grand canyon along with patience of a saint.I loved seeing him squirm with all his sexual frustrations in dealing with the lovely Lucy.
(chuckling)

Jordan now is a prospect in the MC was assigned as Lucy's protector once coming to the club to look after a frightened and the abused 14 year old girl.It was love at first sight for Jordan he felt and urge to protect and love this beautiful young girl. For Lucy she as well felt the instant connection with Jordan.Jordan foraged and incredible bond with Lucy from the very beginning in meeting one another. As a reader you felt it to.

I have to say that I loved Lucy also.I think out of all the characters we read about we saw the most emotional growth from her.I found as I was reading this story that Lucy was forced to grow up really quickly if she was going to survive in her change of circumstances.Being part of MC life is not for the weak hearted.I also found Lucy to be sweet, innocent, loving and also had a bit of a temper and backbone when warranted.Lucy proved that only the strongest survive that is for sure. She amazed me how strong she was to survive the things that she had overcome past and present.I am not sure I could have done what she did.

I really enjoyed this heart wrenching story of Jordan and Lucy's.This story is not for those faint of heart it deals with all sorts of issues like, rape, abuse, torture and the sexual encounters were super hot.I have to say that the story and the characters engaged my interest from the very first few pages.I found the main characters and those of the MC engaging and gripping to read about.I loved how all these hardened Big Bad A** men all fell for a 14 year old runaway girl treating her like a sister they never had.

I love a story when you are able to connect with the characters from the very beginning which we were able to do.This story was a page turner from beginning to end.I enjoyed being part of Jordan and Lucy's adventure along with all those bumps in their road to get to their happily ever after. You will experience so many emotions reading this story .You won't be able not to become emotional yourself and feel just what these characters are feeling.

I loved reading about these Bad A** Biker Bad Boys Shooter,Twisted,Torch ,Jordan who were all taken down by a mere slip of a girl. The ending wowed me as I never saw what happened coming.I look forward to reading more in this series and reading about the others members that were graced to see in this story as well.

This was an ARC copy given to us for an honest review and we are giving this story 5 stars.

Read my tags. Warning spoilers below, I write reviews for myself.

The author gives a warning that this book has dark themes and graphic scenes, I think it needed to be a little more specific so readers could make an informed choice. Everyone has their level and what's mildly graphic to some can be a total no way for others. It annoys me that so many ARC reviewers fail to warn other readers about the on page brutality in this book.

Lucy is a month a way from turning 15 and is a member of a polygamous cult. Her father is going to force her to marry her sadistic uncle. Both her parents and her uncle beat her and tie her to a bed to make her cooperate. She breaks her own wrist in order to escape and finds a hiding place in a warehouse owned by an M.C.

Jordan is 21 and prospect for the club. He and one of the brothers find her and take her to the club when she asks for help. The club votes to help her but with the proviso that Jordan will be in charge of her and won't be patched until she turns 18. All members are told she is off limits and she will cook and clean in exchange for their protection. She becomes a little sister to the members except Jordan who is attracted to her from the beginning. He never crosses the line and she is equally infatuated with him. Once she turns 18 Jordan claims her.

The first 2/3's were pretty good and I was liking it a lot. I liked the H and the h (most of the time) and the club and it's members. The day Lucy arrives she sees Jordan getting a bj from a club whore. After that the H thinks about how he gets bjs to handle his desire for the h (all the while picturing the h) but there are no on page scenes after the first one or references to him sleeping with other women while waiting for the h to turn 18. The h shares with the H that her brother molested her when she was young under the threat of harming her sisters (but no penetration, she gives her v-card to the H).

So up to here I am really liking the story, the h's personality was a little inconsistent and underdeveloped but I wasn't disliking her at all. The H is sweet and loving to her once she's his.

Here's where the dark comes in: Spoilers below, don't read further if you want to avoid:
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
The h is tricked by her sister into coming back to rescue her from the same fate the h would have faced; marriage to the sadistic uncle. The prospect she takes with her is nearly killed. The h then endures rape (more than once) by her uncle. Both vaginal and anal. He tortures and mutilates her. All of this is on page, I had to skim (there were I think 2 scenes) it was so bad.
Later there is a scene of the club Doc describing what was done to her. In addition it's thrown in that the h was pregnant (was not known before this) and miscarried while he was treating her.
She goes totally dark into herself and trys to commit suicide. The H stands by her throughout. The h thinks about how she feels nothing, not even for the H and that she is broken. She does eventually come out of it and the author ends it on a hopeful note but it really needed some beautiful tender scenes to help erase all the ugly that happened. It would have increased my rating I think and maybe gotten me to continue with the series.

“My man might be a rough around the edges biker, but he has a tender side and I’m lucky it’s completely reserved for me. The gentle kisses quickly transform into fiery abandon as he deftly pulls my pants down, panties and all.”

5 corrupted stars!! Alexis Noelle knows how to take your heart and stomp on it and then put it back together piece by piece, which is what she did with this book!

Lucy is on the run and looking for anyone or anything to help her. Which is how she ends up on the doorstep, or warehouse, of Deathstalkers MC. She’s begging for their protection and that’s exactly what they plan on giving her, for a price. Will her past catch up to her??

Ugh this book was so good, I couldn’t put it down!! Which is the case with all of Alexis’ books….she hooks me from the beginning and then I give up on all things in my regular life, in order to finish the book!! Hang on to your seats!!!

Note: This has some serious events in the book that might cause triggers for readers. If you cannot read about abuse, rape or events of violence please do not click.

Lucy runs … she runs from one of the most horrific places that is supposed to be her home. She runs from her Father and her Uncle .. she runs into what she hopes is freedom. The abandonded warehouse is her only safe haven. She is 14 and alone .. she is hurt and she has no money … no clothes and no where to go. Surviving is going to be impossible.

Jordan cannot believe his eyes. The frail girl he sets his eyes on is beautiful but she is haunted. Her eyes have a story. She looks broken and defeated but most of all deathly afraid. Begging him to take her with him to the Deathstalkers MC is a uncertainty in itself. If she is willing to go with him to the unknown then what in the hell worse is she running from?

That’s all Im saying friends. This was a brutal read in the beginning. I loved seeing Lucy come into herself but I also felt like the initial feelings she had towards Jordan growing up as she did were a little immediate. Not that I have any idea but as a reader I would have envisioned more of a period of confusion maybe? This isn’t a deal breaker for me though in this read. The pages are filled with the most tragic events you can imagine one lost young girl surviving. Lucy’s story wounded my heart and then .. it got worse. I was NOT a happy camper with Jordan to say the least but also NOT a happy camper at times with Lucy. I can see how things became unclear for her in a particular situation but darn it! And wow does Lucy evolve. I was more taken with Lucy than I was Jordan which is a epic event in itself. Jordan was great .. don’t get me wrong but Lucy’s story is just memorizing and jaw dropping.

What a great series this is going to be. There are numerous secondary characters that you are going to wonder about and BOOM yes .. we are getting Twisted’s story next: Heinous! I cant wait! Love that man!

Thank you Alexis for the ARC! You continue to bring us fantastic reads. This one was whoahhhh! From the first page I was glued. Bring on the next brother!

Going in I didn't know what to expect. This is my first Alexis book and her first MC book. I was hooked from the beginning and read from start to finish. At first I thought it was going to be a MC Light read, boy was I mistaken. The first part of the book was a slow burn between the main characters but there is a reason for it but of course I can't tell you the why :) Anyway once the action hit it was like bam bam in your face full throttle twists coming from every which way. ARC given for an honest review.

Very dark romance with many triggers but I enjoyed the love story. Lucy is the victim of a religious cult who has been abused and the victim of incest. She escapes at the age of 14 and is rescued by the Death Stalkers MC. There's a spark between Jordan and Lucy from the beginning but he keeps his distance until she reaches 18. She's not a club whore and is loved/protected by all of the brothers. Jordan is a sweet hero who never abandons Lucy even through the worst of times. There's no cheating and there is a HEA.

4 Corrupted Stars!

Source: eARC for Honest Review Courtesy of Author and Enticing Journey Book Promotions

Lately MC books have been a disappointment for me, so I was going into this book with low expectations. And I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised with this story.  This was also my first Alexis Noelle book and won't be my last.

Lucy's a young 14 year old girl on the run from a horrible upbringing.  Trying to save her life she tries to hide in the Deathstalkers MC warehouse knowing that her family wouldn't dare step foot on that property.

Jordan started as a young prospect with this MC but when he finds a young girl, he finds he needs to try and save her.  All Jordan wants to do is be patched in so when he gets dealt a punishment that he won't be patched in until Lucy turns 18.  This sentence is a double edged sword for him, because from the moment he laid eyes on Lucy he was drawn to her but has to wait till she's 18 before he can do anything about it.

Normally the MC doesn't like outsiders but they take a vote and choose to take Lucy in as family, however she's basically has to stay at the clubhouse and never leave until she's 18.  I thought for sure this 3 and a bit years was going to take too long to progress but it was done with ease.  The more Lucy grew up the more she became a part of the DeathStalkers MC, however that didn't mean that her past ever gave up looking for her.

While Lucy was growing up I thought 'oh no, not another MC lite type of story', but than BAM all of a sudden a world of dark arises to the surface and holy shit its dark and graphic.  With this new turn it was anyone's guess how it was going to pan out after that devastation.

Was this MC book dark and gritty enough for me?  Yes.  Did I like Lucy and Jordan together?  Absolutely.  I loved what the torture of her growing up did to both of them, as well as the growth of them individually.  I also loved how it all unfolded once she finally reached 18 years old.  Will I read more from this series?  Absolutely. I can NOT wait for Heinous.  Will I read more from Alexis Noelle?  After this book, you bet.

This is the first book I have read by this author, and it certainly won't be the last. Twisted was certainly the right title for Lucy's twisted and rather disturbed family. Lots of twists and turns, violent at times, but a brilliant storyline.

I need at least 10 HUGE Stars to rate this book!!!

This is one MC read everyone must get. Alexis takes us into the Deathstalkers MC and gives us an MC book like no other. I love all MC reads but this one kept me up until very late (or early depending on how you look at it) I could not get enough. It had not only a unique story line but characters you will absolutely love. When I first started reading and realized Lucy was only 14 I was kind of iffy on if i wanted to continue but thought to myself maybe its just giving us the back story on how it started and will jump to a few years later.

Well that is not what happened and I can say that I freaking loved how well Alexis was able to write an MC book with the main heroine being 14 in the beginning. I got more into the characters than if she would have rather done it as flashbacks.

Jordan is given the job as her protector and being a prospect he must take the job and not give any fuss about it if he expects to become a patched member. little did he know just how long he was going to have to wait to get that patch and the girl. Jordan does his best staying away from Lucy until she is legal and I must give the guy credit he does a damn good job. But with Lucy's history will it be enough for her having Jordan as her protector or will him not reciprocating the feelings she has cause her to withdraw more?

When Lucy hits legal age will Jordan claim her as his, what happens when not only does the past come back to the present but there are threats within the clubhouse? Can Jordan and Lucy make it through or will her past torture be what claims her in the end?

I dont want to give anything away so all I am going to say is that you will absolutely love Lucy and Jordan's story.

Amazing!

This is one of those emotional rollercoaster kind of books. It's beautiful and painful. It will keep you on edge, shred your heart and slowly heal you. Lucy grew up in a polygamous community. They believe in marrying off their girls at fourteen. With the promise of being married to her abusive and murderous uncle, Lucy does the only thing she can; runs. Needing a place to hide she finds the Deathstalkers warehouse unlocked. Twisted and Jordan find her and she's brought back to the club begging for help. Jordan knows she's it for him, but way to young. He needs to keep her safe until he can claim her when she turns eighteen. Jordan is prospecting for the club, but now the president won't patch him in until Lucy is eighteen. While it makes him mad, he knows it will be worth the wait.

This book took so much out of me. My emotions were all over the place. You really got to know a lot of the characters, not just Jordan and Lucy. She went through some pretty awful stuff before making it to the club. It was so good to see her safe and being a part of the family. Her uncle will never stop looking for her, hunting her. Trouble and pain are not over for her, but this girl is strong. Jordan will stop at nothing to protect her. I felt the sorrow and pain for Lucy, and admiration of her strength for her healing and love. The two had such an amazing connection.

Jordan...wow. It didn't matter that he had to wait years for Lucy. He loved her, protected her, and was patient when she needed it. I was completely blown away, ripped to shreds, and slowly put back together. What an amazing book for my first Alexis Noelle read!

This story was absolutely amazing and heartbreaking and definitely geared for 18+ and has some incredibly difficult subjects discussed and described, including torture.

Lucy Evans, 14, has escaped from where she was being held and finds herself in property owned by the Deathstalkers MC. Once she tells them her story she is allowed to remain with them but must stay within their compound until she is 18 as she knows her family will not give up looking for her.

But soon she realizes that the people around her of become her family but when she turns 18 and sees members of her past family she knows it's only a matter of time before they try and get her. Will her new family and Jordan be able to protect her from what awaits her?

This book absolutely blew my mind and tore my heart into a million pieces at times. As I read my whole body shuddered at some of the horrors that took place but I could not put it down, even as tears streamed down my face.

I loved the paradox of the motorcycle club and the religious cult. The sad part is I wasn't surprised with some of the events as a part of me almost expects those atrocities to take place for people to go along with what is done, regardless of it being the only thing they know.

This book gave me goose bumps and I highly recommend it if you can stomach some very bad violence.

This is only the second book I have read by this author and I can not wait to read more!

If you like MC books, you will love this one! A young girl, only 14, winds up in an MC warehouse while hiding from her family that wishes her to marry her uncle and be his sixth wife. Two of which have died from "suicide". Lucy knows her uncle has a horrible temper and beat them to death. The last thing she wants is be another notch on the bedpost.

After being found in the club's warehouse, the club has to decide what they are going to do. Do they let her stay? Do they make her leave because she is underage?

I like MC books. This one was very good. I shed a few tears for Lucy. What she had to go through was mind blowing. If you are looking for an intense story that you can't put down, you have found a good one. This is the first book I have read by Alexis Noelle but you can bet it won't be the last. Great job, Alexis!!!

4.5 star

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, love, friendship, pain, abuse, and heartbreak.

This is Lucy and Jordan’s (Whip) story. Lucy after learning of her fate in the family ran. When she is found she asks for protections from the local MC. Jordan a prospect at the time gets assigned to her. He has to protect her and make sure she stays hidden. Years after she gets the MC’s protection she is 18 and Jordan claims her. But in all this time her family is still looking for her. Will they be able to find her and if so will the MC still protect her? When she makes a choice to help out someone will it cost her everything? Will she ever be the same? Can Jordan protect her from herself? Will he ever get Lucy back? Or is it over for them?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. There are some tear filled moments and some anger filled moments in this story. But all in all I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

Wow, I could not put this book down. It was certainly a one-sitting read for me. It had every element a great MC book should have. It was raw, gritty, and sexy, but the characters had many tender moments as well. I loved how strong and resilient Lucy was, and the love and patience Jordan exhibited throughout the storyline. There are several cringe-worthy moments where I literally had tears running down my face, and yet I still could not put the book down. I was absolutely hooked and needed to know what was going to happen next.

I give 4.5 stars to Corrupted: Deathstalkers MC. I can't wait your read more of this series!
