Wow. When she says, "one night", she means One Night. Super short short. I'm a big fan of this series, but the previous installments have always had a bit more getting-to-know-ya before the nice-to-feel-ya. However, within this mini, Mina managed to work in a quick PPA mission, touch on the history between these two and heat up the pages.
Raterrenh (Rat) was among the PPA operatives that rescued Babylonia (Baby) from the Dragos magician. Since then he's been unable to stop thinking about the beautiful shadow-dragon queen and she's ignored the spark between them. A dragon queen and a demon prince would surely be a bad pairing, right?
For this one night the two ditch their concerns and give in to their desires -- the consequences, if any, can be dealt with in the morning.

Not complete.
It felt like half a story. It was called "one night with a demon prince" and one night is what you got. But everything from their interaction to their inner dialogue suggested that this was a forever kinda thing like in some of the others of this series.
Really disappointed at the abrupt ending, but I liked these characters.

Captivating dragon on demon action, attentive read
Baby has finally been released to the world rather that her having to live vicariously through the minds of those humans she had hitched herself to via their mind, however she is no longer a dragonlet and is finally living in the big wide world and is planning as going as much as possible.
Rat works at the PPA and he was more than a little surprised to see Baby working within that very same environment, facing up to dangers and demons that she is more than capable of dealing with however he is very protective of her, he wants her but also knows that a dragon princess and a daemon/pixie are not a good combination.
Rats dad is a huge pain in his butt who has on more than one occasion tried to attack him and even tried to have him assassinated several times, however his sudden renewed interest is making him very nervous there is obviously more to this that he first thought and he’s determined to discover the truth.
Whether he will or will not like it he has to ensure that his father has no idea of his interest in Baby otherwise he might use it against it.
This was a great read the characters were well written and the plot was fantastic.

Finally the whole story and it's hotter than the fires of Hell.
Back on 10/27/15 I had paid for and read "One Night With The Demon Prince" and though it didn't
necessarily leave with a cliffhanger it left a lot of readers wanting more with Rat and Baby.
Well, now with the ARC I received for "The Demon Prince's Dragon Queen" we get so much more.
As a PPA agent Rat helped to save Baby in a previous story and now we continue to read about their developing relationship.We delve into Raterrenh aka/Rat's psychic. Rat is more than his name congers up. Don't let the handle fool you. Part demon, part pixie (and not the sweet kind) Rat was born in the bowels of hell, sired by the king of all of hell's levels His Majesty Lakai Di Telosa and a pixie warlady. No parental love lost there. And this family tree has been kept from the PPA. As for Babylonia aka/Baby she's slept for millennia and needs to discover this new world she's awoken to. These two must face their growing feelings and thwart Lakai's evil plans of domination. A great ending to this rewritten original story.

Rat whose real name is Raterrenh Di Lakai Telso is actually a Prince of Hell and his father Lakai is King of Hell and wants to make him Crown Prince, so not happening. He has been working for the Paranormal Protection Agency for some time and he loves his job and since his last mission his thoughts keep bouncing back to Baby the last Shadow Dragon Queen who they rescued along with her protector Chase. The girls at the PPA have decided that Baby needs to find a human lover and dress her up for a night out. Rat has decided that is not happening he will be Baby's first and only lover now he just has to convince Baby and all will be ok so long as he can keep his lust and rage under control. Might be a little hard being half demon and half pixie but he will try as he wants Baby and nothing will stand in his way not even his father who has plans of his own for the last Dragon Queen. A big thank you to Mina Carter for the awesome review copy. Love this series, so I have also purchased a book for my library. Highly recommend this author and her books.

Rat, the half-demon, half-pixie and Prince of the Seven Hells wants Baby (Babylonia) the new shadow dragon queen that just came into adulthood, although she's lived many lives psychically hitchhiking into the minds of others...so she's no innocent, even if she is a virgin. She's out to get laid for the first time and thinks to have a human. Rat, has other ideas.
So this is probably half of a story. The "One Night" is all we get and the story ends with their orgasms. Nothing is concluded, nothing is decided about their future or their potential and the only suggestion of an HEA is Rat's mental declaration that this would not be their last time. The first part of it was actually pretty good, as Rat is a pretty intriguing character and the couple's seeming "impossibility" makes for an good conflict. If only the author had finished this story...

Baby may be eons old but she only really matured recently. As such she has a wealth of "mental" experience in the world but no physical! That's about to get fixed pronto, if the other girls from the PPA have anything to do with it. Pity that the male dominating her thoughts and dreams is the one she can't have. Demons and Dragons do not mix!
Rat is a half demon/half pixie hybrid. Two of the most unstable and violent species. But somehow Rat has turned out a pretty decent guy when all is said and done! He wants Baby but thinks she is just so out of his league. But when the possessive b^&*^$d that lives inside him is awoken, he will not rest until Baby is his!
Rat's dad is a grade one douche! He really needs an asskicking! Mind you, poor Baby's clan of Dragons want her to mate with one of their own, but they don't actually have any unmated dragons!

I have loved reading Mina Carter's books and this is just one of the reasons why. She makes hot fun.
What do you do when you're a halfling of species that are both bad/evil and or unsavory? Well you work for a company that does good stuff.
Rat isn't looking for love but when Baby walks in the picture he is just consumed by her. Baby isn't "naive" she's been around for a while it just so happens she was in a sleep state. Of course meeting Rat she has to work hard on her dragon that wants to keep him. Her dragon didn't care that demons were off limits.
Baby sets out with friends to find a male to help her with a V card situation. A papa hell king twisted in his own sense of I'm all that, assassins and street fights, all mixed up with some delicious hot scenes Made me fall in love with the story as well as its characters. enjoy

I really, really enjoyed this story! I loved the characters and their attitudes. Baby and Rat were perfect. They had a very bada** attitude that just translated perfectly. Baby had been held in captivity for years and years and so she is ready to live life. Rat doesn't think he's good enough for Baby so he doesn't pursue her but he has a hard time staying away. Then they are put back together and once he hears a certain something, it's all over. He can't deny it and can't let anyone else have her. The sex is explicit and blended into the story perfectly. I loved the action and all the banter that happens. The story isn't very long and I really enjoyed it! It went too fast for me. I was not exactly ready to leave Baby and Rat. I'll definitely be reading more of this series!

A Demon Prince in love with A Shadow Dragon Queen. What could go wrong.
Big improvement with this extended version.
Starts off with an interesting scene. Loved the different thinking about a mystical creature.
The girls at the PPA are on a mission to sort out Babylonia’s sex life. Baby is going out on the town and plans to try sex with a human male. On being told this, Raterrenh tracks her down as Babylonia is not having sex with anyone but him. Never mind that Demon Princes and Dragon Queens do not mate. SHE IS HIS.
Very enjoyable story that gives us a bit more background on Raterrenh and a couple of trips to visit his good old dad in hell who is trying to pull a fast one.
Loved Baby and Rat together and their interaction.
Enjoyed the previous short story but it left too much unanswered. This revised and extended version just flows that bit better and gives us more story and answers questions that were left open.
Loved Raterrenh and Baby anyway from earlier books so having them paired was just icing.
This is my honest review of this book.

This has not been my favorite book by Mina Carter. It was a very slow start and was almost boring and predictable. While the characters were likable the story was dull. I always look forward to reading Mina’s story’s since they are the right kind of steamy, just enough humor, and wonderful plot twist to keep me interested. This book fell flat for me. Rat and Baby are very well developed characters they just weren’t written in a way that their HEA makes sense. In fact from the beginning of the story I pictured Rat with the human he saves in chapter 1.
Good things about the book there is things that will make you giggle. The intimate scenes are steamy. More so the book make me want to know more about Chase (Baby’s champion), and Honor’s mate Baron.

This story had me going if you can picture to characters known as Rat and Baby it really doesn't make you think demon Prince and dragon Queen.

The Demon Prince’s Dragon Queen by Mina Carter is Book 12 of the Paranormal Protection Agency series. While this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. Please note that this paranormal romance was previously released under the title “One Night with the Demon Prince”. I have not read the other release, however it is my understanding that it has been revised and extended from the original release.
As is true of all Ms. Carter’s reads, no matter the length, they are sexy, action-packed and complete. A+ all the way!!!

I been waiting for Rat and Baby’s story since we got a little tease in the beginning and it did not disappoint! I loved their chemistry and sizzling attraction made for some hot sexy loving. Their journey was on point from the beginning I enjoyed their sweet glances to their coming together was worth the wait. One click this today from an author who does this genre well. Nobody puts Baby in Hell...
Finally!! I originally read "One Night with a Demon Prince" and have waited patiently for Baby and Rat to get their full story. Let me tell you that it was worth the wait. The heat and flames between the two are hotter than even Hell.

Take one hawt Demon Prince and one untouchable Dragon Queen and you have the perfect couple for the Paranormal Protection Agency. Rat and Baby couldn’t have been more matched. Rat knew just how to use his demon side to make sure that Baby remained safe. All of the characters were fabulous and rounded out the PPA as well as the King of Hell. I am loving these stories.

Well this isn't a KU Edition, but is definitely a great story to read! Exciting, intriguing, and completely enthralling would be perfect descriptors! Due to my "budget," or lack thereof...this is only my second PPA book, but I believe you can tell I enjoyed reading it just a bit! Hahaha!

Quite a bit of revision from the original. Fun story. Baby has some living to do since she was asleep for so long and then held captive. Rat has had a thing for Baby since meeting her. He definitely considers her his and no one is going to touch her but him.

Well didn't this one ruin my image of a unicorn lol
This is Rat and Baby's story, two people..people? as different as can be. She's a dragon and he's a Demon Prince and more. As old as she is, she's slept a long time and is innocent.
A short story, but action packed...an exciting read.

Too short but original story
More short storage I expecting a full novel so it was disappointing. Story was good, well detailed, and original. I am intrigued with past stories from this series and want to read more.

I absolutely loved this book and cannot wait to see if there will be more in this series. You will laugh and cry with these characters as they get ready to love. This book will immediately draw you in and will not let you go. These characters are wonderfully written and will make you believe in love.
