As she explores the intricate hallways of the anomalies storage facility, Teddy’s never been closer to unlocking the mysteries of time paradoxes…But, will she be able to bring Ano back?
YES. So much yes! This series makes it a point to explore LGBTQ+ themes, and this issue nails the subject of the "genderqueer" label like... well, [insert something witty here].
There's a bunch of other cool stuff, too, but that's what makes this particular issue stand out.
If you want a time-traveling lesbian green-eyed redhead protagonist who goes against everything she's ever known to save the woman she loves (who she was originally supposed to "delete"), this is the comic for you. It's brilliantly written, pretty to look at, and an overall great experience. Read it.
I really wanted to like this series. But at issue 5 I just feel confused and dare I say it, a little bored. Don't get me wrong, there is story here. Its just not wowing me like I thought it would. I'm not sure what the problem is, as the series has all the elements I love. There is Sci-Fi, Time Travel, LGBT Themes, a little romance, and lovely art. And I do like and support the message that comes across throughout the series. But I just don't love it. I'll pick up #6 just for completion, but I'm pretty disappointed by this series.
