The final two volumes and with it some drama and stress because our MC only has one month to live. What will she do? Who will she choose? How will she spend those last moments? I really loved these two volumes despite the heaviness/darkness that hung over it all. Our MC has a choice to make and while I wasn't a fan she didn't let her friends know (they found out through sensei/the alien), I could also somewhat understand it. She already went through a hecking lot, and to add death to it? I would also flail and just try to go day to day. I am very happy how it all ended and who she choose. I did have to say that Yasuna has grown on me. I am still not 100% a fan of her, but she was less clingy in these volumes and gave the MC a bit more space.
This volume of Kashimashi is bit of a downer after the revelation at the end of volume 3. This volume is really about how we deal with death, particularly, when you know how much time you have left. That said, there's obviously a lot of drama here and it's not as enjoyable as past volumes, especially, when I can;t help but feeling, no one will be dead by the end of this series. Still, this is good stuff.
