1,350 books82 followersFiona Watt is an Editorial Director and writer at Usborne Publishing. She started working at Usborne in 1989 and has written and edited hundreds of books including baby and novelty, sticker, art and craft, cookery, science and activity books.
Fiona graduated from Exeter University with a B.Ed. (Hons.), specialising in Psychology and Art and Design. After university she worked as a researcher and writer for a company which published educational material for places where children went on school visits (zoos, museums, stately homes etc). She then taught seven, eight, and nine year olds for five years; three years at a state school in Sevenoaks in Kent, and two years at The British School in the Netherlands in The Hague.
Having joined Usborne in 1989, Fiona became an editorial director in 2003, largely responsible for writing baby and novelty books, as well as art and activity titles. She has written over 100 titles for Usborne Publishing, perhaps most notably the, ‘That’s not my ….‘ touchy-feely series.

This is a cute Usborne book. I got it for my 2 year old, but younger ones could enjoy it as well. It is sturdy and has moving parts without having flaps and other parts that little ones may rip off. I like the concept. There isn't much text, so it's mostly about the pictures, but they are colorful and little ones can talk about the animals and other things under the sea.

A colorful interactive board book about the underwater world. Sturdy easy to use sliders change a fish's stripes on the front cover, and move a dolphin, jellyfish, seal, and crab. A fun board to share with toddlers!

Lasīju apmēram 8 mēnešos. Man patika. Viss kustās un tā. Tikai zivs uz vāka slikti kustās. Nevaru pati pakustināt, mamma palīdzēja. Mamma teica, ka viņai arī grūti kustināt. Un dusmojās, teica, ka grāmatu fabrikā varēja kaut ko darīt labāk.
Tagad man ir 11 mēneši, un vairs īpaši nesaista. Zinu jau sen no galvas kur kas kustināms.

My grandson loves this so much! He enjoys all the interactive sliders and seeing what they do.
