A fantastically informative yet engaging in child friendly book about the key events in British history. Every page is covered in interesting and detailed illustrations with multiple flaps to reveal the insides of houses, trains and more information. Great book to have in a classroom in KS1 and KS2 for children to use to search for information or for general interest.

The 4 stars are really for the illustrations. I love a fun illustrated book with fun flaps to look under for more pictures and information.
A nice way to introduce kids to a very basic, brief overview of British history. A few hiccups with some of the sentences missing or double printing a few words, but this is for the artwork, more than the text.
