The weight of my body was a manifestation of an imbalance in my thoughts. Again the fears of not being worthy, not feeling worthy of love, kept me feeling unhealthy or unapproachable.
In order to become truly comfortable and never allow ourselves to settle into an uncomfortable state, we have to be honest with ourselves and face head-on our fat bodies, our low bank accounts, our toxic relationships, our unfulfilling jobs - and in spite of this, love ourselves.
We have to let go of who we think we should be in order to be who we really want to be.
By holding on to what no longer served me I was preventing my own happiness, not accessing my full potential, and missing out on my life's true work.
Breakups, divorces, layoffs, or job changes are difficult, but can be the universe's way of giving us an opportunity for bigger and better things.
All change is the removal of situations, people, habits, and things that no longer serve you. Recognize that each change is happening FOR you, not to you.
The person who is afraid of intimacy and loss of freedom will spend a lot of time alone. They feel they are better off alone because they can do what they want, when they want, without being criticized or judged.
It is necessary to honour the dance of letting go and trust the manifesting process.
