These are highlights from his original book spoken to a younger audience. I really liked the artwork, but it could use visual updating for children today.

Just reread a book my grandfather gave me as a child. I didn't fully appreciate it then, but I do now. I like the descriptions of the good shepherd in relation to the Lord as our shepherd. This is also meaningful to me because my great grandfather was a farmer and raised sheep. I understand more about him now as well. I think this book is geared more toward a preteen than a young child.
