What’s the point of a cookbook with no pictures? I found this book completely useless. There isn't a single photo in the entire thing."

like the style of Julia Child
lots of help about how far in advance parts of each dish can be prepared.
I like the recipes so much that I cook them regularly and it's easy to cook for the freezer or for taking extra to a friend.
