"Enjoying a tender grilled steak or delicious panfried chop is one of life's simple pleasures."
I've only made a couple of recipes out of this book, but both have been really good. Actually, the pork chops with cider were pure awesome. And there are plenty of other recipes that I'd like to try.
Like the other Williams-Sonoma cookbooks I have, some of the recipes tend to be a little high end. However, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow (at least for an average cook like myself).
I love steak, so this book was right up my alley. This book has some recipes that I would never try (mostly because I don't like the meat used), but has many that I would love to taste. Hopefully I can get my hands on some nice steaks so I can try out a few new recipes.
