I really like this book, especially for breakfast options, breads and classic meals (e.g., lasagna). It's a good resource for using ground beef, which we have too much of, due to buying a quarter a beef. I do find it annoying that several recipes include things like Bisquick, though, and there are lots of outdated recipes as well.
