When I first read this book I experienced massive changes in my thinking, even though Andy showed the importance of re-reading and applying I still stopped reading after Using a Bug Free Mind. My mindset was better but I quickly lost much of the benefit.
Since picking the books up again, implementing their strategies and listening and applying Andy's advice I have taken another leap forward. I will continue to read these books until they literally fall apart in my hands.
Recommend to anyone who is serious about personal growth.
This is my second read through. The book is repetitive and could have been 100 pages shorter but for me it's a 5 star because it got me to realize some things and I am actually using the content.
I was a fan of Andy Shaw the author of this book from his previous work in Property / Property books.
This was a great book - but not the hyped up level I feel this was promoted ( personally ) - in a way it's all here - everything you need - personal development without the fluff n shit - so if we let go of our egos this perhaps should be a 5 star book and in many ways should be deservingly so
But really what Andy has done here is just explained the personal development field very well and direct in a way anyone can understand and implement - so no doubt this is an excellent book ...
... But where I felt a tad bit misled is this will be something different ( in some ways it is ) but arguably a rehash of what's already out there - but done in a better way to understand
After all - repetition is the mother of skill and its learning from different teachers can we finally capture the idea in our heads that's being taught
So it does come recommended and worth reading already twice to "get it" - I look forward to now reading his second version of this book "Using a Bug Free Mind"
