I have been having a real hard time loosing weight. So I decided to try something different. This book lays out what seams like a simple program to follow. This author recommends you have your two meals at least 6-8 hours apart. She also says to split your total calories for the day into two. I find 250 is too many calories in the morning, especially if I am trying to space the meals far enough apart. So I wonder if I can split it more like 150/350. I think I will experiment with that plan. The partial fast days are not too bad, because you can tell yourself, you may eat what you want the next day. She is right about being easier to do your partial fast days when you are busy. I found it difficult if I was home all day. The kitchen called to me. But on the busy days you forget about food.
I have been please with the results so far. I have lost 12 pounds in 19 days.
