This is a good book on spice recipes.

There are many good recipes for spice combinations. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. The ranch dressing recipe looks good. The chili powder will allow me to make it with some of my few changes. There are several more. So many great spice recipes.

The format should set the standard for all other electronic cookbooks

Thanks so much for not only the great recipes such as Jamaican Jerk and Ranch dressing but also the attention to detail in making the recipes easy to read and including the table of contents that displays the title of each recipe so that it is easy to jump to a specific recipe instead of having to go through all the recipes to find the one you want to try. Also in your next edition, would you also include a beef stew mix similar to McMcormick's? Again, thanks so much for these recipes and the attention to detail. You and your staff did a great job.

A great addition to your cooking skills

This is a wonderful book that I will be using for many years. There are 30 spice combinations presented ranging through Asian, Cajun, Apple Pie spice, French Provincial, Italian, and more. I must try the intriguing combination for popcorn which sounds fabulous. You will need to use a food processor to pulse the ingredients for a few recipes, but not for most. Each combination includes suggestions for which food to use them on. This will definitely add zest to my cooking and surprises for those who dare my cuisine
