Okay. I've just got three more volumes to go through, but this is getting boring. The stupidity level of the Bio-Meat producers is astounding. The military idiots are running rampant in their lunacy.

Okay the good of the series:
interesting premise of meat being produced that is supposedly going to solve everyone's issues, but then disaster strikes.
The MAIN characters are interesting, and I am invested in their story.

The bad:
This series goes on FAR too long. It could have ended after the first arc. or the second.
The outbreaks could have been prevented the first.. the second.. the third.. time. It is difficult to get through because of the level of stupidity, greed, and illogical behavior of the bio-meat production, the government, the military.

TLDR: Try it out, the first volumes are worth it.

The premise is interesting, the main characters have personality , but the stupidity of all the side characters is astounding. Darwin awards for everyone! Biomeat deserves to inherit the Earth.

Bio-Meat is what it is and does it well. It's a straightforward, gorey survival horror full of a lot of people dying and getting eaten. It's simple, but brutal. It's not much else, but sometimes you don't need anything else.

The art is a weird combination of body horror, cartoony, and realistic but the story so far is a mix of Drifting Classroom meets The Blob meets the scrapyard in Alita. The monsters are cool, very disturbing in their design and origin. Fun enough to continue!

Yes aha, a father returning his son to a dangerous area, the truth is that this manga is a bit dull (if not a lot).

6/10 Interesting premise but the writing wasn't that strong, and the female characters were not very well written
