Ummm I think I have a new favorite Brooke book. I don’t know what it was about this one that just hooked me right from the start. I inhaled this one in under 24 hours.

Colt + Amelia were everything. I loooved how patient and doting Colt was from the start. He is a top tier book boyfriend. Every interaction he had with Sam and Lily turned me into the heart eye emoji. He deserves everything. I loved Amelia and how honest she was. The way they both just said what they meant and how they felt actually was great. They had amazing chemistry, and the spice was.. spicing. Brooke never misses with that.

I loved all the side characters and the somewhat unhinged plot and how it all came together at the end. I could NOT put this one down once I started.

The bit of suspense kept me turning the page and I definitely didn’t anticipate the twist toward the end. Colt and Amelia’s story was an overall great read.

The way I am so insanely in love with these characters is unreal. You take a rugged, tattooed, pierced man and a single mom of 2 who's terrified of relationships and BOOM perfection😙

Amelia is such a beautiful mom inside and out. Uprooting her life at such a young age and having to battle against not only her horrible babies dad's but her parents. Leaving scars and trust issues. I felt like Amelia's bestfriend in a way, helping her trust people again😭

Colton THE GUSHIEST SOFTEST DOWN BAD MAN EVER!!!!! They met and instantly he was like "that's mine" baby in hands and all. With a quick hookup, a wakeup with no note and a year going by we had a YEARNING MAN.
We have men afraid to commit but Colton was ready to be a father and husband. The way he was taking care of them had me CRYING. He stepped but but never pushed boundaries and made sure what he was doing was okay🥹

There was mystery and shock to this one too. My jaw doesnt drop often but that twist had me setting my kindle down like HUH🤨😯 So unexpected and I LOVED THAT.

These kids may be the sweetest(and also gave me small heart attacks) I've read.🥹 I absolutely loved watching them learn and grow too.

I cant WAIT for the next book. I just know its also going to cure me😭

Take My Kiss (Willow Branch Mountain Series #3) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.75 / 🌶🌶🌶

This is the third book in the series and it keeps getting better. I couldn’t put this book down, I needed to know what happens.

This book follows Colton, who is the pierced and tattoo cowboy who helps on the family ranch resort and Amelia, who is a single beautiful mom, who doesn't have the best of luck picking a good man, studying part-time while working.

The suspense in the book was amazing because, we needed to know what was happening and the outcome. The sexual tension and chemistry between them was hot and amazing, they couldn't get enough of each other. The banter with each other was basically foreplay, the book is spicy.

Sam, Lily and Remi were just an added bonus in the book, as they make the book complete. This is instant family which is just amazing, and the love for each other was just there from the beginning.

I definitely need the rest of the series, a very highly recommended book to read.

I loved Colton and Amelia’s chemistry from the first moment they met. They were two magnets who just couldn’t stay apart. Colt’s affection for not only Amelia but her kids was so swoony and adorable. I also love how Colt’s family is always around both for the help and the humor. The suspense plot was not at all what I was expecting, but so good!

I'm torn between 4 and 3 stars when it comes to rating this book. I'm thinking of rating it a 4 because it has a good plot, very likeable characters and a really good flow. There are super sweet moments between the MCs, cute moments between the kids and Colton, and multiple scenes that made me say awwww.

But then, the book didn't summon the butterflies in my chest, didn't left me hot and panting while reading the sexy scenes, and didn't made me go gaga over Colton and Amelia. Hence, I am thinking of rating it a 3.

I may have set the bar really high for this book because the previous 2 books in this series blew me away. So I have a high expectations for this book. And that expectation that I had made this book feel flat for me.

Taking into consideration that (1)Colton and Amelia are very likeable, and so are the entire Langston and Hollis clan! (2) the story is heart warming and sweet and (3)a very satisfying epilogue and bonus epilogue, I went ahead and rated this book a 4!

I really love that every book so far in this series has different vibes from each other. Take My Name is angsty. Take My Love has comedy, and Take My Kiss has some suspense/thriller thingy going on. I can't wait for the next book of the series!

Amelia and Colton first meet at a wedding, now time has passed and Amelia is forced to leave Sugarland Creek and ends up staying with Colton.

Colton will win you over in a heartbeat. Seriously, the things he does are so sweet and caring. He is extremely protective, not just of Amelia but also her two kids. They way he is with her kids!? I am obsessed. Amelia is strong. I love who she is and how she loves her kids and seriously gives them the world. She can take care of herself, but I also love seeing her be treated and pampered the way she deserves.

The chemistry between Colton and Amelia is off the charts. From the moment they first meet Colton is all about her and Amelia is also attracted, but she has more than herself to think about. I love seeing them tiptoe around each other and fight the ever growing attraction brewing between them.

I absolutely couldn’t get enough of these two and absolutely devoured their story. I loved every single moment of it and it had me feeling all the emotions from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a single mom, small town, forced proximity, one night stand romance check this one out.

Another fantastic story from Brooke Montgomery. I love this series so much and I love the sibling element as each story shows their love story for each of the siblings.
This time around take my kiss we have Colton and Amelia.

The story itself was fantastic and well written. It was such a cute little romance story, it gave second vibes as the main characters had a one- night stand before.
I loved the family dynamic too; colt was so great with Amelia’s kids and step up for them without hesitation.

And now the relationship and chemistry between colt and Amelia was amazing!! He was perfect and so patient with her and help her believe in love and trusting someone again after only ever being hurt in the past by men. But Colton was the perfect example of how a man should be..and he fell fast and hard for Amelia.

The characters, the storyline, the setting was all spot on. And with all that blended together it just works so beautifully.

Such a great story! An amazing addition to the series. Can’t wait for the next book!

I am absolutely loving this series! If you’ve been here since Sugarland Creek like I have, you’ve probably been eagerly waiting for more of Amelia — and this was so worth the wait. Colton falls hard the moment he sees her and has the night of his life, only to wake up and find she’s gone. The chemistry between them just lights up every page.
I adored how patient Colton is, giving Amelia the space she needs and supporting her in every possible way — honestly, the things that man does… wow. And Sam and Lily? You can’t help but fall completely in love with those two; they’re the sweetest kids.
This was one of those stories I couldn’t wait to dive into, and it delivered on every single front. And yes, the ‘Cowboy Rule’ had me grinning, and every time Colton says “darlin’” you just melt. I loved this book so much, and now I’m ridiculously excited for the next one.

Colton experienced love at first sight at Wilder and Delilah’s wedding, when he see’s Amelia. After spending the perfect night together, she’s gone by the time he wakes up. Over a year later while she and her children are in need of a place to stay, he provides them with a safe place. I love an MMC who is honest, communicates well, has a good relationship with his family, and who easily opens his home and heart to a pair of kids who need stability and affection during a tough time, and Colton was all of those things. Amelia was just the right amount of jaded and independent without it holding her back from accepting the love Colton gave. Lily and Sam’s relationship with Colton really made this a great story. This book was full of twists and turns and so suspenseful, while providing an epic love story for Colton and Amelia. Can’t wait for the series to continue!

Did I absolutely devour this book? Why, yes, I did. There was something very special about the way that Colt treated Amelia. I mean, fan myself, get a cold drink level of care. He was, by far, the best book boyfriend I've read in ages! The way he loved her AND her kids, no questions was so sm3xy.

Amelia hasn't had the greatest luck in family or men, so she was understandably reluctant for anything other than one night....which she could not stop thinking about!

Luckily, events brought them back together and Colt is going to do everything he can to show her that he is her forever.

So, so good! And don't even START with the special little treats Brooke put in the advanced copy. Whew!

A beautiful and exciting read.

This was a great addition to the Willow Branch Mountain series. I absolutely loved Colt. His instant attraction to Amelia, and his selfless, steadfast and tender care for her and her beautiful children was so gorgeous to read. Watching Amelia lower her walls whilst surrounded by the love and care of Colt and his family was heartwarming, and the simmering attraction between them made for a delicious slow burn which eventually ignited into a blissful and burning passion. There were some unexpected twists and turns and heartstopping moments, which kept me on the edge of my seat, and ultimately a beautiful happy ending for the pair.

This is definitely my new favorite of the series. I absolutely loved what a sweet and caring person Colt is and how he helped Amelia when she was in trouble.

I loved how the story started with a wedding hook-up, and absolutely loved how Amelia tried to play it off like she didn't remember when she moved out to Willow Branch after someone was following her. I also loved that Colt took it in stride, then it becomes a running joke throughout the book.

There were some great suspenseful moments and the twists and turns has me on the edge of my seat! I was so excited to meet a few new characters and see the set up for the next book in the series!

I loved Colt & Amelia’s story!!! Amelia and her kids have to move in with Colt when she’s in danger—my favorite kind of forced proximity! And it means Amelia can’t ignore the night they spent together a year ago (which neither of them can stop thinking about)! Colt is down bad for her, and I was living for it. The way this man stepped in and just did whatever he could to make things easier on Amelia? SWOON. I adored him with her kids. I loved Amelia’s determination and I loved the way people showed her she has support. I loved the suspense, and didn’t see any of the twists coming!! It was all so good!!

The greenest of green flags ever written is Colton. Hands down. He’s a mythical unicorn. I fell for him hook, line and sinker. Take my kiss is book 3 in the Willow Branch series and my new favorite. It’s entirely too wholesome in the family aspect and super suspenseful on numerous occasions my heart was lurching from my chest, then I’d be teary then back to swooning - (Brooke what are you trying to do to me?) I couldn’t put this book down. Time just didn’t exist and before I knew it I was at the end.

Colton and Amelia's story was so cute and heartwarming!

It's not often you get a cinnamon roll with tattoos AND piercings, and throw in his loving guard dog...who wouldn't love him? Amelia is the strong mom we all aspire to be and does it on her own no less so it was nice seeing her get pampered and loved on. I'm a sucker for when the partner treats the other's kids like their own so they already had my heart.

Take my Kiss made me laugh, almost cry, nervous, then all put back together again. Great book!

“Take my kiss. take whatever you want from me. I’m done pushin’ you away.” ❤️‍🔥🥰. I melted when Amelia said this to Colton. This book has so many emotions, twist, chemistry, love and so much more. They had one night of passion and didn’t think they would see each other again. But it appears that fate and life have other plans. Colton opens his home to protect Amelia and her kids Sam and Lily. Life is never the same. Oh and these kids, they are such a huge part of the story. I could go on but you just need to pick this one up. Be ready not to set it down until the end. Enjoy

This book was another winner from Brooke. The plot was perfect. The twists were perfect additions, and I love the found family vibes. Colton was a fantastic MMC, I enjoyed how he treated Amelia and her children. Amelia was an FMC that I loved reading the bond she had with her children, the relationships she developed with the side characters, and the way she opened up to Colton. The storyline involving Amelia and some revelations of her family were perfect. It was amazing to see how Amelia handled everything that came her way and grew throughout the book.

This third installment of the Willow Branch Mountain series is a gem that monopolized my time from start to finish. Witty banter, snark and hilarious situations are interspersed with tender moments, cute kids and evidence of what a loving family looks like. The chemistry between Amelia and Colt is both explosive and sweet, tugging on heartstrings and raising room temperatures. The suspense and plot twist at the end make the happy ever after all the better and left me highly anticipating the next installment of this intriguing series.

Take My Kiss was a great read! I loved the meet cute and the reunion of Colton and Amelia a year later. Colton is the ultimate cinnamon roll MMC with tattoos and piercings. Amelia is a strong and resilient mom. The kids brought a lot of fun and sweetness to the story while Colton and Amelia brought spice and such a sweet connection. The way Colton spoils and pampers Amelia was my favorite! The suspense was great, I totally didn’t expect the twists and turns this story took.

Listen if you were ever looking for THE most perfect man ever, I’d direct you to this book. The amount of times I went “awww that is so sweet” and kicked my feet while reading. I can’t tell you.


Colton and Amelia’s story was action packed, full of suspense, swoon worthy moments and things that make your heart melt. Amelia is a strong woman, she’s had to be. Trying to support herself and her family. Working her butt off. She deserves a man like Colton. I could keep going and say all the ways I loved this book, but then we’d be here for ever!

Amelia and Colton literally stole my heart. I loved every second of their story. Colt was every girls dream guy, his patience and attentiveness. Their chemistry was INSANE and their banter was *chefs kiss*. Colt had me squeezing and kicking my feet every time he said darlin'. 🥵 Lily & Sam were the perfect additions to the story, you couldn't not love them immediately.

I'm in love with these two. Colton and Amelia are just so sweet and perfect together. Colt is just so swoony and may have joined my ever growing list of book boyfriends. This book is just everything I love a single mum , finding love with cute little children and a guy that will do anything for them. I just love all the Langstons and I can't wait for the next book in the series. I loved seeing some very familiar faces again and i can't wait for a certain cousin to hopefully get his book. Fantastic five star read that I devoured in one go.

This series is addictive! Take My Kiss, the third book in this series, brings emotions, a single mom, protective cowboy, and small town romance.

Amelia and Colton are perfect together. Colton fell for Amelia the moment he first saw her. Amelia, who has always made work, school and her kids the priority, fell for the man who took care of her and her kids.

Loved the suspense added in with the romance.
