Not bad. There are some good ideas and everything is very simple and easy. I don’t think that someone would have a problem finding the ingredients. I liked the recipes/ideas for roasting a whole chicken at home. When I prepare my chicken or turkey I always use the brining method for 24 hours, with salt, fresh vegetables and spices (it results in a delicious juicy and tender bird). But using the store bought rotisserie chicken is a great way to cut corners and is perfect for this book. I wished that there were pictures for every recipe and also the nutritional guideline. Recommended for those experiencing cooking for the first time.
The first recipes for the different kinds of rotisserie chicken are great. Not enough pictures (I like photos of every or almost every recipe), but the pictures that are there are good some even look great. The other recipes are pretty good too, very few that I wouldn’t try
This is a great book! I made some of the recipes from the book. I made (so far) The Polenta Pizza with Chicken, Olives, Fennel and Asiago (page 106) which was amazing!
Orzo with Asparagus and Almonds (page 178) which was so good at the lunch I wanted to try some more.
The Dinner Buns (page 182) were fresh, light and fluffy.
I also made the picked zucchini It is delicious as well!
The recipes are so easy to follow and the indigents are mostly those you would always have in your kitchen.
