Heal Your Cells is a must read, because after years of doctor’s telling me everything is normal and nothing is wrong, I finally realized that there is more to health and healing. This book takes you into stories of both Dr. Axe and Dr. Cole, and shows the power of perseverance and never giving up in finding out what is going on and how you can truly heal. Just because the doctor tells you that nothing is wrong, doesn’t mean nothing is wrong. It is critically important that we find out what our bodies need. I was recently diagnosed with a serious allergy, and this book will be instrumental in learning how to heal me and my cells. We are so unique as humans that everyone has individual needs that are not served well by the current medical system. Instead of just attributing our symptoms as regular aging, this book shows us that it actually is possible to thrive as we age!

I don’t understand the need to get the reader all freaked out before imparting any information. If you have a good plan, just explain that. There’s no need to spend so much time hyping up illness and denigrating the medical establishment. We know it’s fucked. If you’re offering something better, start there.

"When you give the body what it truly needs, healing isn't just possible; it's inevitable." - Dr. Josh Axe, Heal Your Cells

Heal Your Cells is a very practical approach to literally rebuilding your body from the inside out. Educating the reader on how the body functions at the cellular level lays the groundwork for eliminating dis-ease, quelling inflammation, and regaining energy. This well-written book by Axe and Cole is truly a step-by-step practical guide to transforming health.

As a certified functional blood chemistry analyst and integrative nutrition health coach, I highly recommend this book to my clients, family, and friends - anyone who wants true vitality at all ages and stages of life. You are NOT stuck with the body you have. You were Designed To Heal.

For me there wasn’t anything new but I appreciate the positivity this book has. I appreciate that they believe you can heal your body and it doesn’t have to be expensive wellness trends that give you results.

While I had high hopes a book written by these authors, it was way too science-y and hard to read for me that I found myself glazed over and skimming and couldn't even get 100 pages into it. I'm sure it's a great book if you understand the technical terms and love the science though.
