What a letdown. Artwork was meh. The story was fairly predictable, overall . The final page felt like a said twist on Marvel history.
This final issue had a lot riding on it, and I felt like it fell flat, that it failed to deliver. It was so underwhelming because of how it wrapped up as quickly as it did. I read it and was, "That's it?!? After a month of waiting, that was how it ended?" The development of the story sucked. Good characters were wasted. And it felt like the writer went for "shock value" over telling a good story . I had such high hopes for this one after the first and third issues. Ah, well! They can't all be hit out of the ballpark! Who knows? Maybe if I reread this series at a later point in time I will enjoy it more? Despite this final issue stinking up the series for me, I am still glad I took a chance and read it.
That was so underwhelming I'm so mad I loved the serie in itself it was interesting enough, but the last issue is so underwhelming, and the end made me mad, like it's frustrating
I love the grittiness of the works of Frank Tieri and he delivers in Aliens vs. Captain America. This series is good and I liked how the story was all wrapped up.
