wild to know that while reo was sinking into the pit of despair at being abandoned, nagi could NOT stop seeing this MELODRAMATIC boy in every single thing he did—like what in the shoujo manga is this???? and they were on a date in that flashback???? convince me otherwise

barou throwing the ball at nagi's head doesn't warrant at least a yellow??
they combined their dreams and individually beat their man but then it hits the post. which then spurs nagi to realize dreams may not be enough and that losing it hurts and he was cruel to reo which eureka finally! i do wish dreams are enough in his case tho bc he shares that with reo, something rare in bllk and i'd like to see how different goals can get you to the top in football instead of being a coldhearted egoist who isolates themselves. that kind of nuance would be interesting but idk if knsr is gonna go that route.

he's so on fire here genuinely where did that go in the NEL and is it bc he's with reo and they need to be apart to do well???

honestly? totally agree i like the idea or tabieita together forever, it's like you can't split up muller and lewa they're literally partners
so they take kiyora my beloved
karasu: that naivete is going to plunge him into despair one day
this is foreshadowing bc he's literally in the worst place as of ch 301. but his kindness compared to isagi abandoning his own is another very fascinating contrast. maybe we'll get to see how isagi becomes the "best" in his own evil way while nagi becomes the "best" in his kindhearted way when he gets his comeback arc
the tabieita pat on the head is so cute
shidou picks reo and kunigami goes bye and loses his spark :(

I feel like this volume provides a good stopping point for me as Nagi's team levels up. While the game energy is still exciting to read and I like how the lead's passion for soccer has developed over the course of this spin off, my motivation to see where everyone goes from here has steadily decreased, and I doubt it'll come back. The homoeroticism and penchant for fanservice (which still proves my point of why this series, and others like it, are for the girls and the gays, like myself) isn't enough.

Nagi and Reo are both only children (like me!), but raised in wildly different ways. It’s so funny how they see each others homes as inhospitable to a human as they’re both on extreme ends of the spectrum. (Opposites attract har har)

I need to watch the stage play and anime and live action immediately. Anything for more Nagi Reo.

Kết cục cuối cùng. Nếu Nagi thắng trong trận 4v4, thì Reo thua trong trận 2v2. Cùng với đó là sự gục ngã của Kunigami, một trong những nhân tố chính được xây dựng từ đầu. Hơi ảo nhưng Shidou được xây dựng quá OP nên chịu.

Estoy sin palabras….. que este tomo no esté animado es un delito. Lo fue todo: los traumáticos flashbacks de nagi y reo, nagi dándose cuenta que lastimo a reo, nagi soñando y la unión que sentí entre nagi, chigiri, zantetsu y barou en todo los capítulos fue hermoso 😭
