This is an excellent revenge/reincarnation story with all our favourite fantasy tropes - magic, royal families and political machinations, secret powers, godly beings etc.... There's nothing especially unique about this story, it's just a really good recombination of all the best story elements. The art is also excellent.

The main character, Alisa/Aisha's, tragic backstory is shown on page, but not lingered over, giving the reader a strong emotional hook without dragging down the new story. This manhua also manages to do the impossible: have a heart-warming, wholesome sibling relationship, unspoiled by weird comments about how hot they find each other. Huzzah! Those two are the heart and soul of the story, but the secondary characters are also good. The awful first family are compelling villains.

Most importantly, there's one central plot, supplemented by subplots that keep the story moving and interesting. Overall, just a very engaging reading experience. Shame it's not finished yet.

The romance went nowhere (at least in the main story) and the male lead is a blank slate with no personality who set his sights on the MC when she was a literal baby. Why was that necessary to include in the story? Is he even the male lead? What about that red headed guy? Not a very satisfying way to end the main story and leave it so ambiguous.

I also hate how Alicia's sister was abruptly redeemed near the end and the story wants us to sympathise with her. Screw that. We should rejoice she's finally dead or at least write a proper redemption arc so that we have an actual reason to feel about her death.

the story was awesome, but the ending did not satisfy me. i know the ageless ml trope seems creepy usually, yet i think the author wrote it in a way that it didn’t creep me and many of the readers out.

“forgiveness isn’t absolution for the wrongdoer. it’s breaking the chain of pain and saving yourself.” the statement might seem sensical but that is true only subjectively. i don’t think this held true for what our fl went thru, yet the ending followed this message which i must say, disappointed me.

The art is beautiful, but it kind of contradicts the story, since this is about a reborn princess who was not loved and had a difficult life during her first life. I can say that the story is promising, but the pacing of the story is too slow. I like the thrill that this manhwa gives, however, I feel bored because of the pacing of the storyline. I like the art but it's too bright for me that I can't keep my eyes on each page so I decided to drop this manhwa.

Artwork is fine. This reincarnation story starts in a very dark place which is strangely compelling. The tonal shift to a loving family environment for Aisha is a hard change even if it seems deserved. It doesn't feel fresh or original but it establishes the world fairly well in this volume, strives for some emotional connection, and then ages up our heroine.
