Mina never fails to deliver and with her short sexy reads... that are all toe curling passion. There was a time I avoided short reads with a wide berth. Now she iw one of a few short read authors that are my favorite.

I so love this series and how each book slides into the other and that they are all connected. Each yummi story line with pretty hot and sexy characters not just the Alpha males but the sassy females as well.

Veyr just all kinds of hot and yummie controlling but yet knows the importance of tempering it with thought and reason. He is the Master of the City and the head of the council. He had a fight on his hand when he first announced Cyan would be his woman. Cyan a wolf that doesn't shift and part human...not really what the council wants in their Alpha's bed. Some think she is tainted as far as the Master of the City is concerned... she is his end of story.

so much rawr, passion, heat and fun... I love all the characters and cant wait to read the others in this series. thank you Mina... Grab it, read it I recommend all the books.. Enjoy

This was another yummy short by the wonderful Mina Carter!

Vyer isn't happy with just claiming Cyan. His wolf wants to mate her and after her brother confronts him about his intentions with his sister he decides that He will make her his no matter what the council says.

My Opinion:

I love Mina's books! She is exceptionally talented at writing erotic stories that make you want to disappear with your significant other. This book is no different! It is a great short! I absolutely adore Vyer and Cyan and I can't wait to read more of their story!

Mated to the Master is Mina Carter's latest installment in the Smut-Shorties series. In Mated to the Master, Veyr is feeling pressure about the status of his girlfriend Cyan. His enemies don't like that she is human and her brother wants Veyr to make a decision on her status. Veyr makes his choice in a very very hot scene. Loved this installment in the series. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Great Series!
This is a great series; it is book eight in the Smut Shorties series by Mina Carter. This book picks up with the Master of the City getting pulled in different directions from the other werewolf clans. He also feels the pull from his wolf to mate with Cyan. I love how the author Mina has pulled in the different stories from the Captain of the Guard, the Langdon Stone Wolves. I am looking forward to see how she pulls them all together in her future books.

Veyr has his woman but the council and Jacob McCauley in particular are not happy but he's the Master of the City and he wants Cyan, who are hey to tell him who he can and can't have.

As always mina carter has written an excellent short Veyr the master of the city must do right by his people but one on the council thinks having him mate with cyan a non shifting wolf as a mate could destroy everything but it's jealousy that spurrs Jacob he wanted his sister to mate with the master of the city but veyr loves cyan and will not choose another and won't let other change his mind 5 gold stars

Fucking love IT! That bathtub scene, one of the beast I've read so far! That was actually a hot tub!
I think I'm in love with Veyr.
I know this is a hot take? But I'm really looking forward to read so much more about this couple, no matter if I have to read a hundred books to get them!
So far in totally addicted to them and gives me my needy amount of reading when I don't have the time to read much more of bigger books.

Here we are at the third book in the story of Cyan and the smexy master of the city! It is the hottest book yet for this couple. Rough and wild is theme for their interactions and the final mating. Oh good golly, I need a cord shower, stat!!

Veyr and Cyan are with one another but not quite mated to each other, with a few council member's against them from the get go. Not only was she not full alpha female but she can't turn wolf. Which is a big disappointment to her mom. They also have angry council member who do whatever it takes to get their sister mated to the Master of the City, anything.

The End?!? I really despise those two little words!

A great short story when you don't have much time to read and need a much needed pick me up. I would suggest not reading this particular book while waiting to be seen by your doctor. You most likely be flustered, wet and horny. You don't want the doctor to get the wrong idea! ;)

I really enjoyed the choice of words the author uses to paint me an erotic scene right before my eyes.
Ok... I'm done hinting, just go, get the book and discover "The Master of the City series". I have to go take care of something before it explodes! HeHe

After the claiming of Cyan, Veyr want to keep her forever and thus making her his mate. To much disagreement of other Alpha shifters who like to stick their noses in other peoples bussiness. Asshole Jacob is plotting something malicious and Veyr mates Cyan in hot coupling.

ps. I thought it was very nice of Cyans brother to stand up for her. His mention that he did it for pride, did not amuse me. He should have stood up for her because of brotherly love, she is his little sister and he loved her dearly....(sarcasm)...

Now this one I liked I decided to avoid short HFN books since they end too quickly and are too rushed for me but I was already interested in Veyr so no way was I missing his story. Cyan is a badass through and through .. Veyr is just awesome and incredibly alluring and I really enjoyed their interactions together. I would love seeing those characters develop so I'll be reading the rest of their stories.

Hot installment in this serial by Mina Carter... Veyr, Master of the City, is not about to be goaded into anything he doesn't want. He DOES want Cyan, his curvy, non-shifting muse, and so much so that he intends to claim her permanently. Despite others' protests, Cyan has no objections to being Veyr's object of adoration or ultimately, his mate.

Mated to the Master was a decent read, though not as good as the previous installments. Veyr, the master of the city finally claims Cyan, although I would have liked to see a little more buildup to that partiular scene. It delivered on the smut, though, just as I expected.

Nice short addition to the series: Veyr is sparring with his friends, he argues with his board of Alphas, he has sex with Cyan and in end they are happily mated.
Oh, we also meet my boy Alex from Kingwood pack. Great spin off series if you haven't checked it out yet.
