Living in Southwest Michigan, April resides with her husband and two kids. She has been an avid reader for several years. Writing her first story at the age of ten, the characters in her head still won't stop telling their stories. If April isn't reading or writing she can be found outside playing with the animals or taking a long walk in the woods.

Vaughn definitely deserved better. And so did Bandos.
I really wanted to skip this one but was worried I'd miss something in the overall series arc. I wish another review had said I wouldn't miss anything.
I really never ended up actually liking Echo. It would have been better if Vaughn and Bandos just decided to mate without being fated. Echo doesn't provide anything more to the relationship and it felt like adding him in took away from Vaughn and Bandos, both of whom, readers have come to love through earlier books. Very disappointed. Also, as many others have pointed out throughout the series, proofreading needs to be a thing this author utilizes.
4.5 stars for an M/M/M paranormal shifter story in the Saint Lakes. A great start as Vaughan and Bandos are in love and trying to hide how they feel to each other.
Vaughan 🐺was excited about being in Saint Lakes for the trees of home when he wasn't flying his cargo plane. Having his plane stored at the Saint Lakes Airport along with his friend’s aircraft, Amos was the caretaker. Amos was a 🐺shifter who was like a father to Vaughan.
Bandos, a dragon🐉, had a friends with benefits relationship neither waiting to have The conversation to progress further about their feelings not wanting to lose the friendship that they have.
Their friends in the Saint Lakes community were looking for a missing Fae who they knew was in danger. Echo 🧚♀️was a captive in tower with a special ability of his visions.
Scenes play out with a rescue mission with Vaughan and Bandos to find their Baby Spice🧚♀️ Dangers included also with the hot sexy scenes with the three of them which they feel through the mate bond growing closer. Bandos eventually accepts that it was the three of them in the relationship as fated mates. I loved their special powers, especially the telepathic and Echo’s talents. It beautifully ends in a HEA with each of their POVs included. I adore this series so far.
Reviewed for Love Bytes – 4.25 hearts. Vaughn and Bandos started as fuck-buddies – but morphed into more. Then, as part of a bigger investigation, Vaughn’s fated mate, Echo, is found in a castle, in need of rescue. Vaughn is determined not to lose Bandos, but Bandos has been left behind before, and isn’t so sure. Reverberation is the ninth book in the Saint Lakes series. I’m too far into this juggernaut of an adventure to stop now, and while I prefer others in the series, this story encouraged me to keep going as a pivotal part of the puzzle is added to the Somerset family. The tale is told in the third person from the viewpoints of Vaughn, Bandos, and Echo. Worldbuilding has evolved over the series, but this one involves Vaughn’s flying and their escape through woodland terrain. Also, it introduces the long-lost Fae, mentioned in book one, and his abilities. The story rambles in place, but a lot has happened, so a minor update on the story so far was welcome. However, with nine books in – and an ever-growing cast, it is getting harder to remember who is mated to whom. During the first half of the tale, I was riveted to each page, sucked in by the emotional possibilities. Then the arc evolved into the fight for survival, where Echo’s abilities come to the fore and my introduction to the world of a chlorokinetic – i.e., Echo can connect to the trees and plants. This, too, was good, and more of a development phase before the usual dramatic conclusion. I liked all the main protagonists – especially Vaughn. I can’t put my finger on what it is about him – maybe it’s the build-up over the books or his growth as a character, but hey-ho, each to their own. Bandos is already known as a badass biker computer geek, but his inclusion in this tale adds depth to his persona. Then there’s Echo – with his inclusion in the mix, I can already imagine his connection to other family members and the havoc they could all create. In conclusion, Reverberation is a super addition to the Saint Lakes journey. The author could have made more of some parts, but that is my personal taste. Nevertheless, all the pieces are coming together. This book was provided free in exchange for a fair and honest review for Love Bytes.
3.5⭐️ this was a cute mmm paranormal romance and I’m glad I listened to it right after the previous book, as we had gotten hints about Vaughn’s whereabouts previously and I was super intrigued!
*I received an ALC copy of this audiobook, all opinions are my own*
The book starts with Vaughn & Bandos both realizing that their FWB situation has become more, despite not being fated mates, and that they want to tell their family & go public with their relationship.
Then a rescue mission of a kidnapped Fae sees Vaughn up close with the fated mate he’d never thought he’d find. Except Fae don’t do fated mates the same way as shifters, so the path is open for them to forge a balanced bond as a trio 🙌
There’s a decent amount of action scenes against baddies in this one as well, and the intro to a few new characters as well!
I love how it keeps you in the story at all times and engaged.I have to have more from these stories and these shifters.Definatly one of the best books I've ever picked up and I read everyday so if that tells you how amazing the whole storyline has been and please read them from back to front in order that way you understand the whole storyline if not so much won't make sense that's how EPIC these books are.AMAZING AMAZING AWSOMELY AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
The story was wonderful, as always... but I felt like the blurb just didn't fit the story... grrr
I found the relationship build-up between the 3 MCs to be quite sweet (what there was of it) but for some reason, this one didn't grab my heart and give me the feels that I am used to getting from this author. I will blame that on RL as I was traveling while reading this story... stop and go traffic is not conducive to a happy anything... including reading a great book... grrr
I absolutely adore Saint Lakes! April Kelley has created a world that is truly amazing. Her characters are always well thought out and the storyline is wonderful. I would happily live in this world even though I’m human! Highly recommended
Very disappointed in this book I loved Vaughan character throughout this collection , however this mmm book didn’t work Vaughan was like a side piece , his non mate had more connection with Vaughan fated mate .
I was hoping for a good ending to Bandos and Vaughns storyline!! It's worth reading this book. Good author. Binge reading this series. Onto book 10. Enjoy. 💞 🥂 🌻
