Maya Ellis is sick to death of moving college. She is very much fed up of being chased by werewolves. It’s a good job she’s super-spry and can handle pretty much anything that comes her way. When she and her family move to Liverpool to get away from the werewolf attacks, they hope to have made a clean escape. But in Liverpool a darkness is brewing in an abandoned church. Werewolves are gathering. And Maya finds things are not quite as drama free as she had hoped…

I thought this book was good!! I don’t really have much to say about the book- I didn’t get bored, just a casual werewolf story.. good book to read in your spare time!!
This was an action packed book from the very start. I even admired that even though she was the new kid that her new friends where willing to go down fighting
I'll be honest here and say that I didn't particularly enjoy this story at all. It was far too fast-paced for my liking, especially how the werewolf King problem seemed to be discovered, fought and solved in only what, three days?
And the fact that the humans in this story seemed so open and accepting when they realized werewolves and other supernatural creatures exist, just threw me off. It just didn't seem believable.
Also, for the main character to trust strangers so carelessly despite knowing there are many people after her just makes no sense to me. She still seems too naive, innocent and trusting despite her character trying to come off as strong, independent and badass.
I will admit, however, that the description and the fighting scenes were pretty good. I enjoyed those a lot, as I could envision them as well.
(I apologize if I offend anyone, I really don't mean to.)
