★★★★! Wildcard, Volume 3 of 3. Manwhore & #1 tennis star falls on his ass & meets a regular girl!

These novellas should be read in order:
Part 1: Wildcard: Volume I
Part 2: Wildcard: Volume II
Part 3: Wildcard: Volume III

In Wildcard, Volume I-II we met British star tennis star Ryder Stevens as suffered an injury going from manwhore to bed written in mere seconds. In replying to a fan, a sickly boy in the US he encountered his feisty and witty young mother, Scarlett Calera, Scar. A long distance flirtatious friendship lead to off-the-charts sex followed by a relationship…. But everything was put to the test by secrets, lies and their pasts.

Wildcard, Volume III opens up to the aftermath of part 2’s scary ending. Ryder and Scar have sorted out their feelings and are trying to build a future. But their past is still out to haunt them; lies, deceit, dark forces, even crimes are lurking putting their commitment and future to the ultimate test!

 photo WC3HSBbysb_zps5d1ef8ce.gif

Seven words to describe Ryder Stevens: Charming, jaded, driven, blasé, dogged, noble and reflective.

 photo WC3heSBbysb_zpsbf833ee8.gif

Scarlett Calera, Scar disappointed me by continuously defaulting into lying. That far into their relationship I feel it’s counterproductive and damaging to the foundation. That said it put their relationship and commitment to the test so something good came out of it.

Wildcard, Volume III reads at a pleasant pace arriving at a wonderful ending. Up next will be a sequel series about a side character, Cally.

Overall an entertaining and feel-good read! A mixture of steam, romance, suspense and many hilarious situations throughout! Ryder carries the story with his wit, sarcasm and over-the-top personality!

Wildcard, is a three part novella series about Ryder, a sexy British Tennis superstar and Scarlet, an American girl with a secret.

Volume three reveals all the necessary elements to complete our Wildcard journey. Scarlet's secret is revealed, the full depravity of her ex is uncovered and Ryder makes some life altering decisions.

My thoughts
Some parts I really enjoyed... Ryder is GORGEOUS.... and some aspects didn't gel quite as well for me. I felt a little inconsistency in the secret and I missed Ryder's cheeky chappy sense of fun and his sarcastic humour, maybe because this part is a little more serious in nature... maybe it had to be this way?

Wildcard is an entertaining, LOVELY read for lovers of love and romance and sexy HOT heroes. It's entertaining with a dash of intrigue and suspense. Ideal for those times when you need something a little lighter on the angst and characters that will make you smile. Ryder immediately caught my attention in volume one, he's a super sexy hero to swoon over. Ultimately I'm happy I got to experience Wildcard.

Wildcard is now available as a complete box set... Perfect!

Wildcard: Volume 3 is the conclusion to Ryder and Scarlett’s story.

Things with Scarlett’s ex aren’t as ‘over’ as Ryder and Scarlett had hoped. Both are keeping things about that situation from the other. Scarlett has secrets. Things she just can’t tell Ryder yet. She’s terrified if he knows the whole truth, knows what she did, that she will lose the only good thing in her life. It kills Ryder that she doesn’t trust him enough with the truth.
I’m sick of the games. Either she’s with me or she isn’t, and if she is, then enough with the fucking secrets. I feel like our whore relationship has been one lie after another.

 photo 10571d7d-47e2-480f-9c31-a538e3abfb1a_zpsec434afb.jpg

It seems Ryder will stay with Scarlett no matter what. For the first time in his life, he cares about someone that much. To stick with them no matter whats in their past. And thats because Ryder is not the same man we met in the first novella. He has had so much growth in these stories. I think that’s been my favorite thing about them. Watching his character grow and develop. Long gone is the man-whore playboy who only cares about himself. I love the way Scarlett is with Jake and the fact that she will do anything for her son. I understood why she kept some things from Ryder, but I do wish she would have told him the truth about things sooner.

 photo 204912e2-5a41-44e8-a715-381bcae4a6f6_zps3fbb37a2.jpg

I liked this installment, I just didn’t love it as much as the first two. I guess my main issue with this final installment is that I felt the beginning was a little too dramatic, and the end felt so rushed. There were so many things going on in the last 35% there was no way to conclude them all in a thorough way. I wanted

Overall, this is a series I have enjoyed a lot. The series as a whole is entertaining, steamy and even a little suspenseful at times. I would recommend to anyone who likes to read about a reformed player/badboy. On a side note- I’m excited Cally will be getting a spin off book! I will for sure be reading it. I’m so happy we haven’t seen the last of Ryder Stevens!

** 2-2,5 "so this was the secret?" STARS **

SUCH A WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS READING TIME!

A billion different new sh*t happened in 110 PAGES!

The storyline was all over the place!

Some actions of the MCs were so out of character!

The so-called "big secret" about Scar's past was A JOKE!

The "romance" was unrealistic and oh-so-fake!

Jake's medical condition was...OMG it was so hilarious. I know to regular people it may sound heartbreaking and stuff...but to a medical student, it felt artificial and made me realize that the author was so unprepared to write about anything medical in these books.

You want my advice?

Then here it comes, people:

** STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SERIES! **

There are so much better books out there for all of us to delve into.

And finally,

After the last part of this series, I really wanted to know what it was that Scarlett was hiding from Ryder. And we finally get to find out just that in this short book.

●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●

'I’m sick of the games. Either she’s with me or she isn’t, and if she is, then enough with the fucking secrets. I feel like our whole relationship has been one lie after another.'

It looks like things with Scarlett's ex is finally over, or so it would seem. Scarlett and Ryder are both keeping secrets from each other involving her ex. But Scarlett has a bigger secret that could cause Ryder to leave her. This book was really fast paced. A lot of things happened and while I did enjoy it for the most part, some not so much. That is because some parts were slightly melodramatic and others a bit too rushed. The steam in this book however, was still very good.

Ryder is why I like this series. He has come a long way from the man whore he once was. I love how caring and protective he was. He has grown so much and become a bit more responsible compared to how he was in book one. Scarlett, I really liked in book one, but couldn't seem to like her very much afterwards. After learning her secret, I think it was completely unfair how she judged Ryder in book one. I mean, she wasn't perfect either, she made some really bad decisions.

●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●

'I smile, feeling both lucky and undeserving to have him. Seeing how great he is with Jake makes my heart swell. All I've ever wanted is the best for my son, and I'm more sure than ever that Ryder is that.'

●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●  ●

When Ryder learns the truth, I liked how he was able to handle it. I was just hoping he would deal with Anna and Matt in a different way. Overall, it was a good last part of the series. Like I said before, I just wish it hadn't been as rushed, especially the ending. But, I did enjoy the ride.

In the conclusion to this series, Ryder seems to have really matured and is realizing that he has fallen in love with Scar. He thinks he has helped to protect her when it comes to Tony but can sense by her behavior that something is still very wrong. He went from whorish bad boy to knight in shining armor once Scar and Jake came into his life. Ryder proves he will do anything to keep Scar safe.

Scarlett, was a bit annoying in this one. The secret she was holding on to from her past was not what I was suspecting and seemed so uncharacteristic of her.

 photo 26b72e18b1c5b90e2d9c33c1f4600197_zps44941352.jpg

This last installment had very little steam. It definitely was more focused on resolving the conflict going on between Ryder and Scar over the Tony issue. I really LOVED Ryder so much in this one. He did a few sneaky things but all because he was so worried about Scarlett and was trying to help her. He really stepped up and I liked that he found his new niche in life. He was so very loving towards Scar and Jake. I hope that we get to find out how they are doing once we get Cally's book!!

Overall this was a very enjoyable series.

In book 3 Ryder & Scarlett are back together and working on their relationship. They are both dealing with her psycho ex and keeping secrets from each other. Ryder continues to try & protect Scarlett, & figure out what else she's keeping from him.

Ryder is still coaching Cally & is helping her prepare for her first professional tennis match at Wimbledon. Ryder is surprised to find he misses tennis a little. He wonders if coaching full time would be enough of a challenge for him.

Ryder, Scarlett, & Jake head back to London for Jake's treatments, & soon all the secrets are revealed. There is some drama, & eventually even though she's terrified she'll lose him, Scar tells Ryder everything. We get a fabulous HEA & I still adore Ryder! I have loved seeing his transformation throughout this series! He is such a yummy Brit! ;))

****4 I Love Ryder Stars****

(Arc kindly provided by author in exchange for an honest review)

(BR with Mel and Patty <3 )

The hotness that is Ryder was what made this whole book for me, his attitude and swager was brilliant. Scarlett on the other hand, I wasn't a big fan of. I enjoyed this last book that finally put all the pieces of the story together for us, and I'm looking forward reading more books from this author.

In this book I feel like we get a more mature Ryder, as he is trying to find out the truth behind Scarlett's secret, he's owning fiercely to the fact that he loves her and wants to protect her and her son. Another thing I was happy about in this book was that we get a lot more interaction scenes with Scarlett's son Jake, who is so cute and a very important aspect of the relationship between Ryder and Scar. Jake is still sick but he is a little fighter who always comes out swinging after those awful hospital visits.

The steam factor is a little more tamed in this volume than the previous books, but there was so much going on with this characters that it was no wonder they couldn't find enough time to be intimate. Eventually Scarlett comes clean to Ryder and I was surprised yet turned off by her secret, to be honest. The intensity of their relationship turns into a powerful love that both Ryder and Scarlett are determined to fight for, giving us all a really nice conclusion to this roller coaster story of a bad boy turned by love…

OMG!!! I'm super excited to read the next spinoff book in this series that is going to be about Ryder's tennis student, Cally Hunter. That girl has a lot of attitude and I'm sure her book will be all kinds of amazing...

What the hell was that! It was literally like a tennis match, there was too much going on and I didn't know what to think from one minute to the next.

I'm not sure if that was worth reading but I really enjoyed the first 2 in this series and I am happy with the ending but I felt it was too rushed due to all the drama and miscommunication and lying that was going on in this book.

Too much, just no.

Dissapointed :(

So we finally have made it to the conclusion of Scarlett and Ryder's story. Lots of unanswered questions.

And yes, lots of secrets all around. Ryder's, I felt was not a big deal, but Scarlett, wowza. Did anyone see that coming? And

Despite the twist from nowhere, I didn't like this as much as the 1st 2 books. There was just ALOT going on. Ex-drama, Jake drama, phone-gate drama, Anna drama. Book whiplash to the max, especially when it's so short.

With that said, I still liked this series, even if this installment was a bit disappointing. I loved Ryder and his growth throughout the series. There is more to life than being a man-whore and he got it finally. So 2 thumbs up for you hottie.

This is the final book in the series! It is sad to say bye to Ryder and Scar.

I enjoyed the series. Wish it was a bit longer. The last book in the series felt a little rushed if I have to be honest. Everything happened so fast.

Ryder and Scar is both keeping some big secrets from each other. I don’t know if I would trust either one of these two. Haha! I think their relationship definitely need some work.

Scarlett’s past is not a pretty one, and she has done some stuff! Don’t get me wrong Ryder is not the golden boy himself! They go back to London to start with the treatment for Jake.
I wanted to punch Anna! I know Ryder was a man whore no need to be just a whore yourself Anna.

And we finally find out what Scar has been keeping from Ryder.

Unfortunately this will not be a very long review as the book is very short and I don’t want to give too much away.
Go get your copies. The First book in the series is currently free and the 2nd book is just 0.99!

Set.. Love...Ace...Match Point....Advantage Ryder Stevens. In this final conclusion of the Wildcard Series by Missy Johnson, secrets and past indiscretions are exposed. The long awaited truth of Scarlett's past are finally revealed. In the short amount of time of knowing Scarlett, Ryder knows that she is the one and he is willing to risk it all in the name of love. With the ball on their court can their love survive the scrutiny of the public and the threat of Tony? In this game of love, what will lie for these two lovebirds?

Wildcard3

In this third volume of the series, the truth is finally revealed. We finally got to the bottom of what has Scarlett all frazzled and worried about. Well I had a suspicion of what her past might be like and I was right but then Missy had to add another shocker that I didn't see coming. I enjoyed the book but I thought the ending was a little too rush for my taste but I'm glad to see that the once arrogant British bad boy was able to change his ways.

I've been chomping at the bit to read this book and finally I have read it and it certainly didn't disappoint.

So Ryder finally became a man in love, and he admitted it. It comes to us all in the end. Shagging for shagging's sake does get boring after a while. Same old situations just a different vessel. I met my wife, like Ryder met Scarlett, and something inside just twigs. Your heart opens and you realise that you have lived your whole life waiting for this moment, the moment when you feel consumed by these new feelings of love.

I think Ryder really grew up in this book. He found something he enjoyed doing. He learned how it felt to have a sick child and be all consumed with dealing with that. he became a man. I think there was a definite character growth throughout the 3 books. I must admit, I liked the arrogance and cockiness of Ryder in the first book, but it was nice to see him grow into something responsible. His protective side came out.

Scarlett, ah Scarlett, what a dark side you had! Who knew your past eh. Sometimes it's the quiet ones you have to watch!!

Missy Johnson has written these 3 books in a very compact style. There's no fluff and bluff or padding. She had a story to tell and she told it with no frills. Yes things were resolved easily and because of that you didn't feel like you were perched on the edge of the cliff wondering what was going to happen to Ryder and Scarlett for ages. It was, this happened, solution, bam. I enjoyed this style of writing, it was like fresh fruit, made your mouth water but didn't rot your teeth! She followed the rule that if you have 20 words to say then use 20 words to say it and I liked that.

I am already looking at other books Ms Johnson has written, for me to read.

As part three begins, things with Tony have officially reached the point of no return. Both Ryder and Scarlett have made their moves and now all they can do is wait to see how things shake out. This volume is completely driven by Scarlett’s secret, as Ryder tries to unearth the truth while Scarlett struggles to keep her past concealed. I felt like I was counting down to the minute when everything would just explode. Missy did a good job at building the suspense and keeping me guessing until the moment when all hell broke loose. I enjoyed the emotions she created around this whole situation. I could definitely sense the anxiety and fear that the characters struggled with.

Ryder continued to show significant character growth throughout this novel. The man Missy leaves us with is far from the irresponsible, nonchalant playboy from the first volume. I would have liked to see a little more growth in their overall relationship. I felt like too much time was spent lying and hiding things from each other and not enough time spent on their relationship after her secret is revealed. Because of this the end of the story seemed to wrap up fairly quickly and I felt it took something away from how much struggle and strife they had endured. The author did resolve things in a satisfactory manner and gave us an epilogue to enjoy as well. All in all, Ryder and Scarlett’s journey was sexy, complicated, littered with secrets and full of emotion. Wildcard was a fun serial and I hope we will see more of Scarlett and Ryder in the future because I feel like their story can’t just be over.

**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**

Volume III is the final book in the Wildcard Series. I felt is was a very good ending to this series. I had a love/hate relationship with Ryder and Scar in this one but in the end it was well worth the read.

There was so much drama in this one that just one conversation could have stopped. The back and forth hiding secrets was seriously annoying. I get that they were trying to protect each other but lord. Ms. Johnson brought it all together when they finally did come clean with one another it became a better read. I truly enjoyed the series and it is worth the read.

I can't wait to see what Ms. Johnson comes up with next!

Oh wow. How lucky am I? I opened my email to an ARC of this book from Missy Johnson. I know that the whole point is to give an honest review...and I have. I didn't expect to have any problems as I reviewed the first two volumes at five stars. I was not disappointed.

It is vital that you read volumes one and two first otherwise this book will make no sense.

I'm not going to tell you what happens but it is a bit of a roller coaster ride with Jake being very ill, Scarlett and Ryder deciding whether or not to come clean with each other, Hit men, Boston Police and the FBI.

Let's remember the wildcard in all this - Cally has a chance to make a name for herself at Wimbledon. Will Ryder's name be a help or a hindrance?

This is a short volume; it took me only a few hours to read it. It was everything I wanted. Well written, snappy plot twists, hot sex and some people do get the HEA.

"I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads."

This is the third book in the series, and has to be read in order.

Great conclusion to a well thought out story. So many times a dual POV story can fail - but most certainly not here. The chopping and changing worked, keeping the reader's head moving as if watching a tennis match. I'm even excited at the prospect of catching up with my new friends when Callie gets her story. Possibly my only gripe is that I would have happily read it all in one sitting rather than having to wait - but now can reread in its totality.

Fun, cute, sexy and dramatic - this series presses all the right buttons - enjoy!

Amazon Buy Link….. NOW LIVE!!!! ---->> Wildcard: Volume Three

~~ 5 Stars ~~

Wildcard Volume 3 is the final volume in this series of novellas by Missy Johnson. As with the first two volumes, I loved this just as much. I am a fan of Missy's writing and the characters she creates. This is the conclusion to Ryder and Scarlett's story. Let me just say that these two sure did have there fair share of hurdles to overcome, and this installment was no different.

Volume 3 starts up right where Volume 2 ended. Ryder has paid off Tony to stay out of Scarlett's life, but Ryder still has NO idea what Tony was holding over her head. Well I will tell you that this volume answers all of the unanswered questions of the previous installments. We find out what Scarlett did in her past and we see how both her and Ryder handle it. Now even with Tony being the main issue in their relationship, Missy added a couple more mountains these two had to climb to finally get to their HEA. I've got to hand it to Ryder…I give him a lot of credit for sticking things out with Scarlett. I have to say I don't know if I would've stuck around after all the lies she continued to tell. I was shocked with one turn of events that was revealed about her past and how it connected to Ryder's present.

Overall I was really happy with how this series ended. I kind of just wish more would've come about with one character. I thought he got off way to easy, but I was glad to see Tony got what was coming to him. I am also excited to learn more about the companion novel coming out in 2015 for Cally. I am hoping that with how her characters storyline turned out, we will be seeing more of Ryder in her book.

I would recommend this series for anyone looking for a fun, sexy, steamy and somewhat suspenseful love story that has a HOT Tennis Pro as the Hero. If you are a fan of Missy's then you don't want to miss this series either. This is definitely one that I will read again in the future. If you are someone who doesn't like cliffhangers…..then you can read this now because all of the installments are out so you aren't left hanging.

Wild Card Vol 3. Missy Johnson. 4.5 Stars

Wildcard is the last book I the series and the conclusion to all the drama, unanswered questions and and Ryder and a Scarlett's relationship.
You need to of read both vol 1 and 2 before reading vol 3. As you will not understand anything about vol 3 at all.
Vol 2 ended in a massive cliffhanger, with both
Scarlett and Ryder taking massive steps to keep Scarkett ex out of there's lives for good.
Neither know what the others doing or planing to do to and it's all lies between them.
There are so many lies between the couple that to make the lies better and make the story better And more complex then I personal think either the 3 short books should of been made slightly longer, or the book should of been wrote in one book. That way the story would of been outstanding. It had so much much potential and the twists and turns were very unexpected, but in the last book, when it all started in folding and we started getting answers and finally getting a trusting relationship between Ryder and Scarlett, it ends. The first 2 parts never felt rushed, but there either never a book 4 or it to be longer to iron out the creases in the story.
We do get the answers we needed in book 3, and all secrets are final out in the open. Finding out about Scarlett's secret was the biggest secret along, but luckily for her Ryder koved her so much he just wanted to be with her no matter what, in true Missy style again, there was one last shocker that you'd not expect at the end.
Missy writes incredible stories and I knew immediately just from the title that thus story was going to be outstanding. It really was like a tennis match in some many ways....back and forth.....back and forth!!!! I wasn't disappointed in any of the 3 books. Book 1 blew me away, but unfortunately book 2 and 3 didn't live up to the 5 star standard (just) in my eyes. The reason for that is in book one you had a whole short story to get to know the characters and connect with them, in book 2 and 3 the connection faded abit because of all the back and forth and lies. The huge twists bring it back up to a 4.5 though and Missy has wrote another great book. There's no books of hers ive ever disliked. There always wrote brilliantly and she has a brilliant talent to tell stories. Looking forward to whatever book missy writes next.
I will miss Ryder!

* I was given an ARC for an honest review...*
This installment was the perfect end to Missy Johnson's serial, Wildcard. The storyline started well in volume one, hooked me with it's suspense in volume two and blew me away in volume three. There were so many twists and turns that I did not expect, one of my favorite things about books that seems to be lacking more these days. The third volume picks up right where the second ends. Ryder, being the take charge secret sweet heart he is, tries to find a solution to Scarlett’s problems by paying Tony, her terrible ex, to go away for good. Of course he is confused and hurt that she has not confided in him as to what is really going on and what Tony holds over her, he is determined to wait for her to come forward and tell him what is going on. In the meantime, Jake gets sick and it is like all the schtick hits the fan in a way. For the first 40% of the book I was so nervous about what the secret was. I was waiting for it to explode or Tony to come back and cause a huge scene. When the secret is revealed, it is so sad and heartbreaking. You can see the anguish and fear in Scarlett and finally start to understand her hesitation in sharing her burdens. She wants to leave it all behind her and live life with her son, two things that she cannot seem to do with this threat hovering above her. When you think that you finally are ok to move on and see how they handle this situation, BAM, there is another twist and then another. Needless to say my outbursts while reading this book startled my sister in the room next door! I was hooked and couldn’t stop reading this volume. It shifts focus from the major sexy times (which are still a part of the story and great) to a suspenseful story line that you cannot seem to stop reading till you know the end! I enjoyed seeing Ryder break away the media image and make choices, some good and some with good intentions, that created a deeper character, someone who could shoulder the burden of Scarlett’s life and responsibilities. It was a spectacular ending and so much more than I was expecting. This volume makes me want to go back and read them all together, back to back, and enjoy the story again! Make sure to check out this three part serial.

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

Wildcard: Volume Three is the final book in the Wildcard series and it is full of drama. Full to the point that there was a time or two when I felt another Moonstruck moment coming on. You know the scene where Cher slaps Nicolas Cage, yelling at him to “Snap out of it!”? Yep, that’s the one. Scar and Ryder were seriously annoying the crap out of me. I understood the lying and the secrets. They were both trying to protect the other. But when they learned of the police investigation while they were in England – a whole ocean away from the mess – and were petrified, I actually yelled at my Kindle: “Hello…you’re in England. They’re not going to extradite you for questioning. Even if they had evidence, the US would look like the biggest arse in the international community for trying to extradite a single mother while her severely ill son is under treatment and that’s not gonna happen!!!” <= SEE!!! Moonstruck moment.

Sadly, I really thought the book wasn’t going to do the series justice. Thankfully Ms. Johnson proved me wrong with Scar’s epiphany in the hospital at about 74% into the book. While it may or may not have been the author’s intention to lighten the mood of the book, that’s exactly what it did for me. I burst out laughing and sailed through the remainder of the book. There was still plenty of drama and excitement to be had, but I found it much more palatable – likely due to the fact that by this time Scar and Ryder began to show more of a united front against Tony and his machinations. All in all, Wildcard: Volume Three was a great ending to the series and I look forward to reading more of Ms. Johnson’s work.

3-Too Much Drama-Stars

It's disappointing because I really really LOVE the volume 1 of this series.
And then the volume 2 becomes so boring... and this one?

The last and final volume of Wildcard, that ties up all the loose ends of the series.

Ryder of course has been as sweet as always and nothing less than a man that he has been to Scarlett. When Scarlett dropped a bombshell on Ryder, all he needed was a moment to think..but he never once changed his mind about being the man for Scarlett.

Scarlett was a hot mess in this book, at times I couldn’t understand why it took her so long to tell Ryder what was going on. Ryder deserved all her honesty, but she didn’t give him what he deserved at first. When she finally realized how much she cared about him and how he deserved the truth, I was so happy she did. Ryder deserve an honest woman, a great woman, because he has been nothing less than great to Scarlett since they met.

This was a really short read, but a great way to end the book. This of course ends with a HEA, which I just love.

The final book in this series was so great to read! I really didn't want to put it down. I even stayed up late so I could finish it. I had to know what was going to happen!!!
Filled with drama & emotional times, it gave us answers on what Scarlet was hiding!! The huge secret that Tony was holding over her!!
This book starts off where the 2nd book ended! Ryder being supportive to Scar with her son Jake. He was very concerned. I really loved how he genuinely cared for her. How their relationship progresses, when Scar finally tells him everything, trusting him and their love for each other really made this a great ending to their story!!
What she experienced with Tony will have you thinking that it was a terrible thing she went through! To then find out who the person was, that went too far, I literally was shocked! Ryder was too!!! You couldn't blame him for wanting to hurt the man!! Never saw that coming!!!
Without giving too much away, we learn what happens to Tony, how Jake gets on when they go back to the UK for the trial and what happens when Ryder asks Jake a very important Question! You will find out what that is when you read it!!!!!
Great work Missy!!!!

I was eagerly awaiting for this next installment of the WILDCARD series!

You will be shocked and anxious while reading Vol 3. There are events and things you will not expect! That's something that Missy has a miraculous ability to do to us the reader... keep us guessing! :)

Ryder and Scar are hurting. Both want to get rid of her ex and secrets are kept... but what happens when they come out? Can they trust the other person?

I loved Ryder in this last installment. You can see he has changed and it is remarkable to watch! I enjoyed the love he has for Jake and most of all Scar. He loves her and that's clear with everything he's done. But will Scar understand?

I loved that Scar was able to open up. I loved secrets were told but when she lays it all on the table... can Ryder understand?

I enjoyed this installment. I was sad when it was over... but I loved the ending! I loved it and am eager to see more of these fabulous characters come 2015 in the standalone novel of Cally!

4.5 stars from me!

This 3 part series is amazing, gripping, enthralling and sexy! You will not want to miss another fabulous well done book/s by the fabulous Missy Johnson!!!

The third and final installment in the Wildcard Series and I loved it! I did not see that coming at all! Tears both happy and sad. Fear. Swoon. Heartbreak. And of course, hot and steamy (we are talking about Ryder here!).

Jake gets sick and I was so scared that something would happen to him to lose his spot in the trial Ryder had gotten him into in London, but our Jake pulls through (thankfully!!!). Once he is all cleared, Ryder, Scarlett, and Jake head to London for the trial to begin. Their troubles are far from over, but Jake still needs medical help.

Scarlett is still keeping her secret from Jake. He still is having trust issues with her. Once they are in London, trouble in the US causes more issues to arise and I didn’t know how Missy Johnson was going to get everything straightened out! When everything does come out, I was shocked beyond belief. It was crazy. Did Ryder and Scarlett finally get their HEA? Read to find out! It’s a great series.

I’m so sad that the ride is over and will dearly miss Ryder. I will have to add it to my reread list and visit them again. The series is well written and easily grabs you early on and holds your attention throughout. If you haven’t started the series, I recommend it!

4.5 Stars!

This is the conclusion of Ryder and Scar's story.

Scar's keeping a big secret from Ryder. No matter how hard he tries to figure it out, the worse scenarios run through his mind. When Ryder makes a choice, so does Scar, neither of them telling one another what they've done.

Slowly over time truths come out, but can these two be able to trust one another to be able to move forward?

All Ryder wants to do is take care and protect Scar, but when he discovers the truth, he's angry, but he also realizes he's made some pretty stupid mistakes too and he won't hold that against her. But, when the unthinkable happens, will Scar be able to live with herself, knowing what she's caused?

They both know time is running out...will they be able to survive or will everything crumble around them?

This was a great conclusion to the series, I'm definitely looking forward to Cally's story and more on Ryder too!!!
