Baby (Black Rebel Riders’ MC #3)

Baby is the daughter of Grim, the new president of the Black Rebel Riders and Gypsy Red, who was murdered the night that she was born. Baby was raised by Slim & Foxie and doesn’t really like her own dad very much, more so after he rescued and took custody of her older sister, Rumor. She continually acts out and makes Rumor miserable on purpose. A lot of this is due to the fact that she has been abandoned by her dad for most of her life and when she did get him, she only had him for a month or so before he married Sunshine, and brought her sister home to live with them. And to top that off, she had grown up believing that she would be with Rebel as his top bitch and he would be president of the club, mainly because that is the way that Foxie (Rebel’s mom) raised her to be; but Rebel finds that he has much deeper feelings for Rumor and that he never loved Baby, the way that she thought she loved him.
Baby and Rebel still have interactions and they both play each other, neither one is innocent. Rumor still has feelings for Rebel, but tries to ignore them and move forward, even though her past nightmares still haunt her, and Rebel is the only person she felt comfortable and safe with. But at the same time, Rumor is bound and determined to leave the club life behind her and cut all ties, but Rebel doesn’t know if he can do that since he was born into the life, it’s in his blood and it has always been the only future that he has ever seen.
Baby does some deplorable things and even though I can see where her hurt came from, she had no business doing what she did. You’ll know it when you read it, but it isn’t until later that she can finally see the light, after she previously excused her actions. Baby also seemingly falls in and out of love easily, believing that she has never felt this certain spark before and stating that she noticed how a friend always looked at her as more, but she didn’t see it or didn’t want to, since she planned a life with Rebel since she was like, 12 years old. But I attribute this, one to her age and obvious immaturity and secondly to how Foxie and Slim raised her and then no one else even being able to get a hold on her & get her in line.
As a teacher, the punctuation or lack thereof almost drove me batty during this book. I was dying to get out a red pen and add commas, semi-colons, periods, question marks and even quotation marks. This most definitely was a 5-star story, but there were just too many punctuation and grammatical errors. I’m not certain of the editing process or the cost to self-published authors, but I believe that it would be a good investment.
I’m very excited for Striker’s upcoming book and to see how he can win back someone that he treated wrong and has paid for it every day since then. Also upcoming is the Diary of Gypsy Red, which I’m excited to delve into her mind, especially since we’ll finally get to see her thoughts and views behind all the betrayal, deception and scheming.

Damn! This book took me by storm! I absolutely loved every second of it and cannot wait to read Striker.
Baby has always had a hard life. Growing up in an MC is never easy. She loves he life though and knows she will be an old lady when she comes of age. She always thought she would end up with Rebel but soon sees that there is no way. At least not with Rumor there. She comes to terms with it all and moves on. She soon meets Lucky, realizes she has feeling for Striker, and turns to Trouble for help with both men. When she gets kidnapped by Rush her entire life changes and the one peraon she can count on is Trouble.
Striker has wanted baby for years and hates that she wants his brother Rebel. He has never acted on his feelings for her. He has always been therefore her. He is proud of her for graduating high school and becoming an amazing woman. He is with Adorn and will be going to Chicago where she will be. The night of Baby's graduation he gets more then he had ever hoped for. Course when all things hit the fan in Chicago he gets more then he can handle. Now only if Baby would talk to him.

When I first started to read this book I wasn't sure I was gonna like it because I didn't really like Baby at the end of the last book. Then I started to want to rip her apart at the beginning of this book. I just kept telling myself that something will happen to change her make her better. I'm really glad that I stuck with it because it was a really good book. Made me cry a little but I loved it and can not wait until the next one!

This book is so damn good. It had me captivated from that first page. Baby's story will take you on a wild rollercoaster of emotions. So much loss, heartache, secrets, revelations, twists and turns with jaw dropping surprises. The events that unfolded in this where not what I expected or saw coming. I was taken by complete surprise and blown away with this amazing story. It's a book that just grabs ahold of you, keeping you on that edge, giving you just enough of the story to keep you wanting more. I cannot wait to read the next in the series.

A year ago I began reading MC books and since I have found this books, I have been devouring them up.I have about 7 MC authors I absolutely love. Now i am glad to add Maynard to my list. OMG, Dang! This book took me by storm! I absolutely loved every second of it and cannot wait to read the rest of this series. This book is about Baby and Rumour and the brothers Rebel and Striker. It will have you hating Baby one minute, loving her the next, then feeling sorry for her all in the same chapter. She is so wishy washy when it comes to her feelings. She is not sure what she wants. You will be on a roller coaster ride while as she tries to decide who she wants.....
Baby grew up in an MC and had a hard life , but always knew she would one day be an old lady . She always dreamt of being with Rebel, but soon sees that there is no way, for he had feeling for her sister. It was interesting to see her and him come to terms with this fairy tale dream.
She soon meets Lucky, and begins to heal from Rebel and then he gives her devastating news that changes their relationship.
Then we get to experience Striker and Baby. Striker has wanted baby for years, hates the attention she gives his brothers , but never professes his love until the night of Baby's graduation and he gets more then he had ever hoped for. Baby realizes her attraction to him and hopes to pursue it, but life interrupts their happily ever after.
She Then turns to her best friend Trouble for help with the situation Striker has left her in. We finally get to see Baby grow up some and become more responsible and less flippant. We got to see a softer more calm side to baby, then her world is crushed again.
This book will definitely keep your attention and waiting to see what happens next.

Baby baby baby...the kids are definitely not alright in this third book of the series...but oh boy was it ever a fun, wild ride.
I didn't like this teenaged brat very much at first (princess was used to getting her way) and especially how she treated her sister Rumor over Rebel, the man who comes between them.
There was plenty of intrigue and some very surprising and ugly twists in this one and at times I almost needed a score card to keep up with Baby's flavor of the moment (she has her pick and fill of various men in the club) but in the end things worked out how they were supposed to (although she would not yet agree with that outcome) and darn it all, we have to wait until the next book to find out if Baby will have her HEA with the "right one".

The third book in an entertainingly, engrossing MC series, Baby is the longest, having the most stories to tell. Starting off where the last book ended when Baby is 16, we get the rest of her and her sister Rumor's story but also get a glimpse of what's going on with Grim and the others too. We even get Rebel's POV as he is caught between these two sisters. Full of revelations to romance and drama to the exciting action, Baby just keeps getting better. The men in this book are to die for - sexy! Baby is raw and real with a tearjerker ending. If you like an emotion read... this book is for you! I wouldn't call this a cliffhanger because it is the perfect ending point, the story is concluded but you want to know what happens now. Without spoilers, I can say I'm so happy with Rumors ending and excited to see more of it in the next. I'm dying to read what happens next for Baby.

Well what can I say ... Wow again!?.. Not gonna lie Baby annoyed the snot out of me for the first half of the book.... All the $h!t & drama she caused ... (Light bulb moment ) a young girl in a big boy world , as in immature , she needed to grow up!! Rumor the hell she been through & it's Hell I tell you, at least she gets her head around it & for her it's a HEA so far cross fingers it stays that way... Please Glenna.. :-) Now lots of revelations & moments of truths unveiled & a few WT# moments always Hot!! In a great way... :-) but the ending it's left with a ... To Be Continued... Dam $h!t & F#€k... Well I guess I have to wait for the next Book !.... Striker Book 4 , late 2014 early 15... & then there's the Novella ... The Diary of Gypsy Red.... Both are going to be very interesting Reads...... So Get Clicking People It's an Awesome Read....:-)

Okay, I have to admit I was skeptical about this book because I hated Baby with a passion in Rumor. To me she was a selfish, jealous, stuck-up witch with a capital B. However, Baby started to grow on me and in the end my heart broke for her and I just wanted to wrap my arms around her a hug her.
Okay, on with the review. Once again Glenna takes her readers on a ride, making us hold on for dear life, never knowing where we are going to end up. The storyline is raw, gritty and will have you screaming at your eReader one moment and a sobbing mess the next.
This series has gripped me and held me hostage. I cannot wait to read Striker and The Diary of Gypsy Red! If you haven't read this series it's never too late!

Awesome third book to this series. I have loved them all and they just keep getting better and better. In book two I really disliked Baby, she seemed like such a spoiled brat but she grew up to be a descent woman who's only fault is she loved at the wrong time, by this I mean when she loved each of the guys it was always at the wrong time either they only loved her as a sister, or they never told her until they were leaving, or she never realized she loved them until they left and never came back. She doesn't have the best of luck with love. I really need book 4 now to see if she and Striker can come together at the right time for both of them and have a happy ending.

I am not sure how I am sitting here even writing this review! I feel like my heart has been ripped from my chest and I am slowly watching it beat. I didn't think I could be anymore shocked and ruined then I was when I first read Grim and started this crazy ride with Glenna Maynard. However in true Glenna form she has proven her skill in throwing me under the bus once again. In Rumor I wasn't really a fan of Baby I must admit but in this book I cheered for her and I felt absolutely horrible as I watched her get annihilated. Once again I urge everyone to read this series. Just don't expect to walk away without needing Kleenex and having a HUGE book hangover!

Baby, Rumor, and Rebel took me on a ride of a lifetime that was raw, gritty, and real. I promise you will love the ride too and like me will want more. Oh I cannot wait to get my hands on Striker.

Let me start this by saying this is the first time ever that I have wrote 2 back to back reviews for a book series and I read a lot! So this should tell you how much I LOVE this series!
In saying that let me say this series will leave you breathless! I am so wrapped up in it and was so upset that because of the stupid little thing we call life I was away from Baby for 2 days!ughhh
This Baby's story along the journey and I was angry, heartbroken, and just crushed,I gasped, I cried, I laughed, and I sobbed!!
I do not do spoilers so I will not tell you anything but READ it, you will become so enthralled with this family!
So as I am on to the next book I encourage you to read this!

This book brought me to tears a few times including the last chapter. Tears for both Striker & Baby. I hope these two can move into the future together. They really do deserve each other, even if they don’t know it. The complexity of these families, wow. Including how those minds work. Colt “Trouble” you are a beautiful soul. Baby, I know you are angry & hurting but you should allow Striker a little time with Colt. Striker MAN THE F*CK UP!!

Baby, Baby.....Glenna Maynard is the queen of angst and heart breaking stories. Baby is a dark, gritty story that will bring you tears or have you screaming at your kindle. I cant even tell you what happens because Maynard packs in a juicy storyline that you have to turn the page to see what happens next. All I can say is this is a must read but you have to read this series in order m?nen*(my opinion) or you will miss vital information. I also really want Gypsy Red's diary. Happy Reading!!!

Loved baby
My heart breaks for baby and her story. She never seems to catch a break. Just when she finds love it gets destroyed. Great book from the author and a well told story on Baby and her life. I can't wait to see what happens in Striker to find out more about Colt and what goes on. Never disappointing of a read. I'd recommend reading this series to the biker reading lovers because it's a must.

Glenna, girl you have done it again.. Sista keep doing it!! Loved the direction of the storyline!! Although, Baby made me sick when she was pregnant cause I wanted that HEA for Striker & Baby!! I loved how Baby turned that one line back on Striker!!!!

This is one magnificent book I have read and one hell of a series that keeps me wanting more. Dose Baby become top bitch? is Rumor the one and for a brother? I have been crying, laughing and even yelling at the charactors. They have touched my soul.I been on my toes through this whole series and just love this biker bad boys and the hard ass chick's.

Wow, this series just keeps getting better and better. In book two I strongly disliked Baby but she redeemed herself to me in this book. She does have a heart (even for Rumor). Baby is unlucky in love though and she always falls in love with the wrong guy or at the wrong time. I'm looking forward to the next book, Stryker, to read how the story unfolds.

holy shit this is the best one so far!!!! i was on the edge of my seat the whole book through! and yeah i really did have tears in my eyes at the end. shit i hate alt hea.

Glenna Maynard you are killing me!!!! I freaking loved this book and I need more!
I loved Grim and Rumor but this book is now my favorite.

Really liked this book but baby pissed me off at the end I just wanted to slap her but the way it was wrote brought so much emotion to everything made me cry like a bitch! Can't wait for the next book

This book made me laugh but also broke my heart the pain in the story was so sad the grim reaper never fails to disappoint am really looking 4ward to see where the ndt chapter takes us with it ending how it did am so happy I stuck with this series it was worth it 4 stars ....
