This board book expresses affection and endearment to a child in second person using different animals and flowers commonly associated with springtime.

The book has a cutout design that shows the child version of the item on one page with its and its adult caregiver shown together on the next page.

Animals: rabbits, sheep, and chickens.
Objects: daffodils and buttercups.

Browsing books to give my friends' children as gifts since I won't gift anything I haven't first read myself.

This is the sweetest little book. I love the assortment of spring references that were selected. Everything about this lives up to my expectations after becoming quite familiar with this series. I am entirely charmed by these books, from the pictures to the text. Perfect for Easter baskets or spring gifts or for simply rounding out a collection of this series.

I love the artstyle of the illustrations! As always, this is great for children as they can be rough with it due to the hardness of the pages, rounded edges, and raised elements they will find fun. I love that the contents contain positive affirmations. This one focuses on farm animals and flowers. I just wish it had a cow, too. Perfect short bed time story before bed for young kids.

These Natalie Marshal board books are truly my favorites to read to my little guy. They are SO sweet, and he loves the cut outs on every other page. We read this one literally 8 times in a row tonight. Can't get enough!

Pretty pictures and endearing rhymes. That sums up my thoughts on this little board book. We have several in this series for our daughter, and I really like how the theme solidifies how much a parent loves a child.

I should probably stop reading the You're My Little series because they always feel hollow to me. But this one seems to be slightly better than some of the others, and the sentiment are at least positive: Little One is "X Sweet Metaphor," which makes me feel Y.

A very cute story with adorable art. A nice rhythm to the words and the way the book was made, with cut outs, is just the cutest.

In short....super cute!

This book is sweet and low, by which I mean it’s saccharine.

This is the second book we have read from this series and we absolutely LOVE it! The illustrations, prose, and quality of the board book itself are all top-notch. The artwork is bright and colorful, keeping my infant son's attention as we cuddle up to rhymes about how much a parent loves their child. This is an excellent gift for any parent-to-be or small child and I intend to collect the entire series and hope that the series expands.
