Sometimes it's really fucking hard to work things out. I've had way too many nervous wrecks and anger issues which did not only occurred as violent explosions (I'm always trying to keep it to myself because I don't want to annoy and/or hurt others), but at certain point in my life I've realized I want to change and I don't want anger, frustration and shit to eat me from inside out.
Since I do believe in self-help in a way no one will be able to help you unless you're willing to be helped (of course, seeking medical advice and/or seeing a doc is always a good thing if you're up to it), I've decided to turn to books, Googled up and down the net universe and found this one.
This is collection of great and practical advice I've started implementing as soon as I've read about it and guess what - it helps! I still get occasional burnout of rage, but not as strong and bad as it used to be. Since the moment I've started reading it, I've had situations in my life that would usually end up bad, but I've applied advice from this one, recognized my own patterns, backed the fuck away from myself and resolved conflicts before they even started.
I know it's hard and it's fucked up, especially here where I come from, but the only person that can help you is YOU. Read this open-minded and be ready to admit if you're a cunt and what needs to be changed to finally start living a normal, healthy attitude and fulfilling life.
And if you fail... no worries, try it out again. Just don't give up!
