I've borrowed this book from the library several times...so that means it's time to buy...at some point...soon! I love all the lessons...talk about details and clear step by step pictures. I use all the fillings and the techniques for working with modeling chocolate and covering cakes was especially helpful for me. This is a great book for students, and experts looking to hone their techniques.
