Cool and collected second-year Yamada is in love with his childhood friend, Seno. His classmates Akama and Toda are also starting to think about romance, though neither of them realizes yet that they might actually feel the same way about each other...
A fresh, cute romance story following the lives of four high school students navigating young love.
I remember reading a review of this sometime last year before the second volume released and was SO worried it would end on a sad note, but it ended so much better then I expected! I was extremely happy with the turn of events and felt this had all the b-bmp moments of shojo (thrown in with lots of smiles and laughter)!
I have always really liked Akama and Toda, but I really enjoyed Yamada and Seno in this one! I think they are such an adorable couple and it's so funny seeing Yamada's expressions in relation to Seno. And Seno…goodness, I wish she wasn't so "air-headed" as I think another character called her? Her and Toda definitely share that in spades! ;P
One thing I really appreciated in this volume is Yamada and Akama's friendship! I guess in light of recent shojo I have read, I felt it was refreshing to have a non-romantic friendship between a guy and girl. They brought a really nice element to this story that I deeply appreciated. <3
Overall, I really enjoyed this two volume series! It was short and sweet and delivered in the way I was hoping it would!
在这个夏日,为遇到TODA和AKAMA的故事而心动!这种小鹿乱撞、让人忍不住姨母笑的感觉怎么也得给个五星啊哈哈哈哈哈哈哈(可想象企图克制情绪但失败的我lol) --------------------- TODA: I’ve been bothered by something…for a while now. AKAMA: What is it? TODA: You. AKAMA:Huh? What do you mean? TODA: I don’t know. AKAMA: What does it sound like? Are you worried about me? TODA: Yeah. AKAMA: You can’t leave me alone? TODA: Yeah. AKAMA: Do you…like me?
I wanted a big confession and at least one kiss, but sadly there was neither. Still, this was such an adorable read - very much that young, naive, innocent high school love.

This was a surprisingly quick read despite there being a lot of chapters. While I’m glad that things ended happy for all of our characters, I’m slightly confused on if one couple officially started dating or not. Also, I wish that there was 1 or 2 bonus chapters involving a time-skip during everyone’s adulthood to show how their relationships progressed.
It ended pretty abruptly. There isn’t exactly a solid confession - Toda gets closest by calling their outing a date, but Yamaha and Seno may or may not be in a relationship.
Sex is brought up at odd times IMO. it felt out of place for this type of manga.
