I heard him frown. Crazy as that sounds, I did.
The same moment I smiled, I also frowned.
I felt my tummy explode with butterflies when one of his scarred thumbs brushed a tear from my cheek. It felt like a brand and again I was holding my breath and trying to breath at the same time.

Butterflies set loose in my tummy at his nerves. “I believe I have been a little too forward with you.” The butterflies died.
My tummy did a free fall at the latter thought.
On my way out of the last store, my tummy told me it was time for lunch.
I couldn’t help the bubble of joy in my tummy.
Once she made up her mind…it was made!
Dark! It was dark but the snow that night! The snow was stained in red…blood, my father’s blood!
