Really, I've fallen in love with the characters. Annabeth is so smart and knows how to do everything perfectly and with skill. Percy is so loyal and protective of his friends and family. Nico has been hurt so badly in his past but is learning how to trust again. Hazel is figuring out how life in the present works. Frank often struggles to feel like he belongs because he doesn't always feel like he's a good as the rest. Piper is beautiful but shows that it's only only skin deep and that it's not all that matters. Jason shows us that not all great leaders know what they're doing and they don't always want to responsible for the trouble they cause. Leo is someone who hides his pain and sorrow behind his jokes and laughter. All of these characters are ones we can bond with and truly love. Honestly, I think you could stick these characters in any plot and I would still love them and the story.

October 24, 2015i loved this series so much i felt everything the characters were feeling, and this was one of those few books that are realy hard for me to put down. once i start reading, its gojng to be another 2 hourse before im done and i will probably fall asleep reading it. i stayed up so late every night this summer reading these books. i was so sad when it was only june and i had finished the series. it was torture for the rest for the rest of the summmer because i didnt have anymore books i didn already read. untill i found a stephen king book at a garage sale, then it was better.but my point is that these series by rick riordan are so amazing and fun to read.

Love it. I just finished this book again. There are many series in the Percy Jackson series in this order. Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Kane Chronicles, Heroes of Olympus, Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, Trials of Apollo. The Trials of Apollo and Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard happen at the same time so you need to read them at the same time. But The Trials of Apollo is longer it and is still going on. There are also add ons to each series.

The Heroes of Olympus series is by far Rick Riordan's best works. This series not only builds upon the success of the Percy Jackson series but enhances it. To be able to increase and create new intriguing elements to your already developed world is an impressive feat and I would like Rick to J RR Tolkien and other successful authors.

I am currently on book number 2 chapter number 8 page number 94. So far Percy Jackson has lost his memory and has stumbled upon the roman half-blood camp,New Rome. Hazel has come back from the dead. She died in 1946,but her brother Nico Di Angelo brought her back to life and she has a curse that when ever a precious stone comes up around her bad things happen to whoever touches it, but her or Pluto her godly father. At the first fight scene when Percy stumbles upon the roman half-blood camp carrying Juno the Queen Goddess,I felt that is was a very awkward scene to see him carrying a old woman into a camp the fighting some monster hags. I am STILL on book two page 329 chapter XXXI(31). So far they have just beat Phinneas when he had drank the wrong side of blood from a goregen and got dissoleved and DIED!! So anyway they got t o Seattle and then they went to the Amazon's hide-out and then they boys(Frank+Percy) got abducted, and sent to a holding cell. And that is where I left off at.I have just finished book two at the end Percy gets his memory back and helps kill some giants. And then his camp friends come and help him.

Seriously, Rick Riordan's style of writing is one of the best. His stories always seem to have the right amount of action and suspense that keeps readers wanting more, humor to make all of us laugh and to ease tension, as well as the every growing sympathy for the characters as they face their various trials.
The Heroes of Olympus series not been an exception. I constantly found myself grabbing whoever was with me at that time to read a section of the story to. The humorous conversations among the characters is probably my favorite aspect of Riordan's writing however. It always amazes me how he manages to fit humor in the midst of the characters battling an angry goddess.
For example,
"And flash him!.....That came out wrong."
"Kids are baby goats."
"Could you lower your wings? You're kinda blinding me here."
All these and more always leave me laughing in my seat with bystanders looking at me as if I had sprouted a second head.

As person who doesn't read a lot, I love the Percy Jackson series. This is one of the best book Rick Riordan has written. The House of Hades is a suspenseful book. It keeps you reading like it's the only thing on your mind. You keep wanting to know more or what happens next. I recommend this to numerous amount of people who like Greek mythology, or just likes reading I'm general. Rick has multiple great series of books. For example The Percy Jackson Series. This book makes me feel like i want powers like them. I really get into the book a lot. Currently im reading The House of Hades in the Lost Hero Series.

I would totally recommend anyone to read this series. It is based on the Percy Jackson series another series I would also recommend. Even know reading the Percy Jackson series will make something's in the Heroes Of Olympus series make more since/funnier it is not irrelevant to read that series first. The Heroes Of Olympus series is action packed, funny, and really fun to read I would once again totally recommend this series.

I really loved everything about the series. The characters, the way it's written, the author. There are serious moments and there are hilarious moments, there are moments that will have you on the edge of your seat, and there are moments where you'll just want to smile because of what's happening. I just love this series.

Its really clever-the whole idea about the gods and how much time is spent on linking everything together. I'd already studied and read about Greek myths and legends at school, so it was easy for me to understand and enjoy. I love the series.

Out of all the Percy Jackson books this is far by the best one i've read.There were many twists and turns and most of all drama!(House of hades) "The mark of Athena" had so many cliff hangers,like tons mostly at the end.

possibly the best book I have ever read!and that's coming from a girl that reads alot. It's a amazing tale of 7 kids that are different but become one in friendship. it's a buatiful book that's adventurous, loving, page turning and thrilling!!!! BEST SIERIES EVER!!!

I LOVE the audiobooks! They are great and since they are written in Percy's point of view Jesse Bernstein does a GREAT job of sounding like Percy and doing others voices, IT IS AMAZING! Definitely a 5/5
