Toni Griffin lives in Darwin, the smallest of Australia’s capital cities. Born and raised in the state she’s a Territorian through and through. Growing up Toni hated English with a passion (as her editors can probably attest to) and found her strength lies with numbers.
Now, though, she loves escaping to the worlds she creates and hopes to continue to do so for many years to come. She’s a single mother of one and works full time. When she’s not writing you can just about guarantee that she will be reading one of the many MM authors she loves.

Truly? Loved it! This is my first book by Toni Griffin but it sure won't be my last. She's taken the subject of male pregnancy and made it even more interesting and, in this case, practically believable. The thought of a future where aliens arrive is not improbable. The thought that those aliens could inadvertently release a virus into our atmosphere which changes the basic male DNA? Yeah, I could see that happening.
It was a fascinating story, I wished it was longer, I loved Connor and Mark, plus the author introduced fabulous secondary characters who I hope to see in future installments. Angel, Van, Nemo, Doc, Sticks, Eli, etc. *coughcough* Toni! Oh, and the sex was rocking off the charts!

Excellent beginning to a series I really hope to see more of!!

Well, that was interesting.

I've read a lot of Mpreg stories and this is the first that attributed the trope to an accidental alien virus exposure. Points for originality. Unfortunately, the pairing had 2 humans and I think that had the first book of this series been the Alien/Human pairing (a side story here) that the 'verse would have been more fleshed out? I'm going to put the next one on the TBR though, and look for the one with Oliver & his Borillian.

Really great take on if aliens came down. I really enjoyed the story, it was too short and I'm excited to read more.

This was a lovely little Science Fiction m/m story with a great twist on male pregnancy. I think it's a great start to a new series, that I will probably end up regretting due to the drain on my already stretched book finances. I really liked Mark and Connor and look forward to reading more about their friends in future books. I also hope to read more about the Aliens too.

Interesting start to a new series. With the eventual widespread of the virus I didn't understand the government coverup trying to take place. Plus this felt like a one off to me. I'd have to see the blurb for the next book to see if I'd want to continue but if it was surrounding Connors BFF I'd probably go for it.

A good start to a new series. A different spin on Mpreg, and Aliens. Looking forward to seeing how this series develops.

There was a lot of world building in this one because it's the first of the series. I'm hoping as we go along we'll get more about the relationships. I'll definitely be giving this series a chance.

I lost my review which is so frustrating. I don't know how I could have lost it since all of my notes are saved to the iCloud and I wrote it in the notes app on my iDevice, but there you have it. Apple strikes again. ARGH! So I'm just going to paste the notes themselves. I'm too annoyed to write the review again. Sorry this is so pathetic.

Chili of mass destruction. Awesome.

Good foster parents!!!! That never happens!

Woo hoo, the twink isn't skinny and the other MC likes it that way!

PWP but the sex is hot.

WAY too much detail. Like telling me they put on a Band-aid?

I love this twink:
"Classified? That's bullshit. What the fuck is going on here? I want to go home. I have a job to go to," Connor yelled, getting more and more worked up the longer he stood there and talked with this man.
"I'm afraid that's not possible, and I really must insist that you calm down," the doctor said as he took a step towards Connor. Connor immediately took one in the opposite direction. There was no way he wanted this man anywhere near him.
"You calm the fuck down. I'm perfectly content being the way I am. I think my reaction to this entire situation is completely understandable."
You tell him, man.

They are not acting anything like soldiers.

This is a stupid premise.

Talk about heteronormative. Except worse. These are caricatures that can't decide if there are gay men or air-headed women.

So they're rescuing ?

It was three and a half stars for a bit, then it got stupider and stupider until I was just rolling my eyes every other sentence.

Eeeeee! I really, really enjoyed this! Great start to a new series, with aliens, mpreg, and steamy characters. Definitely looking forward to the next book in this series! Yes, it did remind me a bit of The Degan Incident, but there were enough differences for me not to mind how things were handled. When will the next one be out?!

I really liked this book even though I felt the content was a little silly. But like all Toni Griffin's books I've read this one is simple, straight forward and got likable characters. I find them quite hot too.

Can't wait for the sequel!

I chose this rating because I loved the twist in the story with aliens. I'm looking forward to a sequel. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of m/m romance and mpreg.
