Workout frequency? 3 times a week. Splits? None - each day is a full body, 70 odd set routine. Steroids? No way. Result? The best built man of his day, and arguably one of the best of all-time.
Reeves is a bodybuilder back when the sport was a real sport, not like today's steroid Olympics. His old school advice is extremely entertaining (drink lemon with water, run cold water on your genitals every day, eat raisins and drink carrot juice for your skin, etc.) A fascinating read and it will really make you question what you do for health and fitness.
