Fantastic recipes! Simple, easily reproduced meat dishes with recommended side dishes to serve along with your main course. Fabulous color photos with each recipe.

The beef recipes are simple yet delicious. A good guide on how to enjoy meat's flavor without drowning it in too many spices or sauces. My husband loves every recipe I've made from it.
