My steps to a happily ever
Go to Vegas and accept the perfect proposal.Move to NYC with the love of my life.Enjoy impending motherhood.Everything was supposed to be perfect. Instead, a weekend in Sin City blew up in my face when I discovered my supposed boyfriend is married with kids—leaving me single, pregnant, and homeless.
As if things couldn’t get worse, the stranger who exposed my ex is my unexpected scent match and he’s determined to make me his. My brother’s best friend (and my childhood crush) has other ideas and wants to introduce me to his pack, swearing to take care of me. Which would be great, if I wanted a pack.
Both men want me, but my taste in alphas is obviously suspect and I can’t take a risk on strangers with a baby on the way, especially men who can’t stand each other. My life and heart were just shattered, and no matter what my omega instincts want, I won’t be fooled twice.
Could the universe just give me a break instead of sending me another disaster waiting to happen?
Will clashing scent matches ruin Ava’s chance at happiness, or will they put aside their differences to give their pregnant omega the family she deserves?
Vegas Baby! is part of the Sin City Omegas Universe.
MFMMM omegaverse. I’ve gotten pickier about omegaverse romances, so this was just ok, but YMMV.
I liked the general storyline (pregnant FMC finds out her long-term boyfriend is cheating on her, about two seconds after finding her scent match… and 3 minutes before the next scent match shows up… and then, well, you get the picture), but it was a little OTT in the sweet and soapy vibes. I also wanted more from the emotional connection between the characters, as the scent matching and sex scenes were doing a lot of heavy lifting, and I started to skim a lot of this book.
I am interested in the next book though — single mother omega in her 40s starting over again? Yes, please!
I like that the plot is propelled forward very quickly in this series. The alphas were good and felt unique. There were some small growing pains that were worked through quickly. Ava's bratty and demanding sexual personality felt disjointed from her regular, everyday person. There was a little too much sex at the end of her pregnancy for me to accept - even in an OV world. This was good and I would consider this a quality omegaverse but I will most likely never read it again.
A little bit of me can't get passed the cover because the model looks super young.
MFMMM Ava - Omega - candied pecan (pralines) Bryce - Alpha - cranberries & rum - Honey Luke - Alpha - oranges - Aves/Kitten Micah - Alpha - crisp apple - Angel Jesse - Alpha - roasted chestnuts - Sweetness
DNF@ 26% p90/354 Chapter 13(Ava) Alright. I just couldn’t keep going with this when I’m not having a good time. The writing style is bugging the hell out of me. The amount of mental eye rolls happening was getting annoying. First off, the overstimulated panic, mood swings are too real for me. And it’s frustrating because I just wanna yell at her but then I feel bad when I start breaking her reasons down. Literally SO much happened to her in one day. So I totally understand. But. I’m not attached to this character in any way yet because it’s the very beginning and we basically just get thrown in the deep end With her. So the way she reacts is understandable and realistic, and that’s why I hate it.😂 It’s also paired with repeating events from one pov to the next, complete lack of enthusiasm about finding her scent matches, and a teenage hurt that should resolve itself after getting more information but does not. Again. Very realistic emotions. Yes. And yet. I hate it. Plus there’s the heat wave or whatever they called it that put things at lightning speed with pretty dubious consent.(on the bonding mostly, though there’s a case to be made about the sexual aspect of it as well) I could see how someone with a different mindset on reading could really love this book. But I read to escape, and this is feeling a little too real. While also feeling too rushed and forced because of my lack of connection to the characters.
Plus there’s some weird stuff going on with Micah and Luke’s jobs…I don’t know what it is but the way it was set up had me bracing myself for that icky feeling cheating gives me. It specifically says no cheating happens within the pack in the tws. So I know it doesnt happen. But the little bit Micah talks/thinks about it really made me anxious about it.
Ok wow. I had a lot more to say about this than I thought I did. It’s just not for me for a lot of reasons. 🤷🏻♀️
Why the hell does this author have such a fixation on normalizing sex work and porn.
3.5 Stars (I'm only rounding up because I like preggo and single mom tropes)
I had to take a minute to write this review because even the epilogue pissed me off. Admittedly in this book there is less of a focus on the porn/live sex show careers than in the first, since only two of the Alphas are porn stars, but acting like it's no big deal is not believable.
In the book Ava is devastated and has had the rug pulled out from under her finding out her hopefully fiancé and soon to be baby daddy is actually married with two kids. Okay, cool. Fine. But then she doesn't have a single issue with two of her mates previously up to this point being porn stars and live sex show workers, who usually fuck omegas through their heats. She never asks them about it or what their plan for the future is. The first time she brings it up, she asks to watch one of their videos. Ava doesn't get weirded out or jealous watching her mate fuck another omega, she gets turned on and then decides she wants to do it too.
Now I don't have a problem if people want to film themselves but wanting to make a top-tier porn in the studio, while full term pregnant and with another mate that is against it, is pushing the boundaries a little much. With one of the mates being a multimillionaire, money isn't a factor, so I was irritated that Ava decided to put out her pregnancy porn for buyers. It just seemed like, 'why?'
To be fair, I don't like seeing a MMC having sex with other women on page before he is in a relationship with the FMC. I also believe that whether you are doing it to yourself or others are doing it to you (meaning creating and distributing), porn is very objectifying to women and usually psychologically damaging. Even if the effects aren't felt until down the road. There are so many videos on Youtube of previous porn stars and slews of newer OnlyFans stars that will say how degrading and emotionally draining it is, but not only that it affects their ability to connect and have any meaningful relationships. Even after leaving the business. Also, studies show that having high body counts makes your brain stop responding to chemicals released when we have sex to help us bond and fall in love with our partner.
Here are some facts from a simple google search:
Marriage Rates: Having many sex partners before marriage decreases marriage quality in four major ways: relationship satisfaction, relationship stability, sexual satisfaction, and emotional connection.
Context Matters: New research from 11 countries across five continents found that the number of previous sexual partners matters for both men and women, and this is influenced by the national culture. These studies suggest that while having many sexual partners in the past may not be a barrier to forming a stable relationship, it can complicate the bonding process. It is important to consider the context and individual circumstances when evaluating the impact of past sexual history on future relationships.
I didn't like the little quips from Luke and Micah (the porn stars) about how they knew what they were doing, or they knew how to handle Ava because they had so much experience. Nor did I think it was sexy, that Luke couldn't wait to train Ava in anal because that was his favorite with omegas from his line of work.
It also didn't seem believable in any way that Ava didn't even once show any insecurities about being with men who had been with so many women and done porn. What women wouldn't wonder if they would measure up? ESPECIALLY one who just found out her only boyfriend ever and for the last four years since she turned 18, was just keeping her as a side piece and never intended to have a real relationship with her.
To finish it up, it was still more smut than relationship building but better than the first book. Though it was very instalove, I still liked how the guys jumped in ready to love her and the baby. I did like the characters and thought the author did a good job of making them very distinct.
I do wish the author would do a better job of describing the characters physical appearances. I'm a very visual reader and I've already at this point read the third book so can say that it's an issue in all three books so far. I can't picture the characters, making them more forgettable, because in some cases we never get physical traits and in others it's not reiterated throughout. For example, what hair and eye color, or ethnicity. I wasn't sure if Micah was African American until it talked about his mother's box braids.
I will end this long ramble of review by saying I did like it, and the third book had no porn stars in it, and I really enjoyed it as well.
DNF - some warning about two of the MMCs being porn stars would have been nice. I know it’s not technically OW, but I’m going to put that here in case there are others like me who search for it but forget to search for porn/sex work since it’s usually in the trigger warnings if it’s a main character.

Another outstanding omegaverse by Lexie Quinn. I’ve read some of Quinn’s works before and I am always pleased by the stories that she writes. This was a story that starts out with a sweet, happy, pregnant omega that hopes to end the day engaged to her baby daddy. But her boyfriend is absolutely too good to be true and Ava soon finds herself feeling so alone. Queue four amazing alphas, three in a pack and one outsider. This book was the right amount of sweet, spicy, and a dash of drama. It was entertaining and I really enjoyed reading it. It was an easy read and and such an enjoyable omegaverse.
Ava has been through it. She is pregnant and and just found out that she is the other woman. She feels broken and alone. I enjoyed her character. She wasn’t the super strong, tough omega that is seen in some omegaverses, but that doesn’t mean that she is without strength. Her world was turned upside down more than once in the span of a few hours. She goes from one alpha to no alphas to 2-4 alphas. She is bombarded with attention from four different alphas and has to figure out what her future looks like, especially being pregnant.
I am a sucker for a soft, caring, but strong alpha. The minute that Jesse stepped in, I fell in love with him. He is a natural caretaker, being a paramedic, and the way he snapped into action to take care of Ava will have you swooning. He was by far my favorite of the alphas. Bryce had quite the task, being the outsider of the group, but there was nothing he wouldn’t do for Ava. Micah was sweet and definitely had me chuckling. And then there was Luke. He was our typical “needs to pull his head out of his ass” alpha and of course the one that knew Ava when she was younger. As with all packs in omegaverses, these men fit together when they needed to and were the alphas that Ava deserved.
Vegas Baby was a sweet, fun, spicy, easy read and what I look for when I want to curl up with an enjoyable omegaverse. I loved the characters, and I enjoyed the slight bit of drama that made this such an enjoyable read.
Hold onto your hearts, and buckle up for a wild ride! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🎲💥 Ava heads to Vegas with big dreams and one very steamy proposal that goes, well... spectacularly off-track. 🚨 Surprise! Her perfect boyfriend? Actually married. With kids. Now Ava’s left single, pregnant, and totally out of options... or so she thinks. That’s when her luck turns around in the hottest way possible. 🔥
Cue two alphas, each hotter than the last: One’s her brother’s best friend (total childhood crush vibes 😍) who’s sweet, protective, and oh-so-ready to claim her. The other? A bold, brooding stranger who happens to be her scent match and isn’t about to take "no" for an answer. 😏 Things are complicated, to say the least, especially when the claws come out as they clash over who deserves her heart! 💥
With Ava’s instincts screaming “Mate!”, these two alphas battling it out, and a baby on the way, Sin City’s about to get spicy in all the best ways! 💫💞
Will Ava end up with the family she deserves, or will she be left holding the cards alone? 💖 This 5-star read is a jackpot of swoon, spice, and heart, so grab a seat, maybe a fan, and get ready to swoon! This isn’t just a romance—it’s a full-blown omega showdown! 🃏
Reverse Harem Omegaverse Damsel in Distress J/P Alphas Exhibitionism Found Family Scent Matches Pregnancy
Vegas Baby! is book two of the Sin City Omegas series. The books are standalone and can be read in any order.
Ava believes she is about to become engaged when she discovers that her baby daddy is actually married with children. In the midst of this catastrophe, she finds her scent matched Alpha..or make that two, three, and four. With her life in turmoil, these Alphas have to settle their disagreements and focus all their energy on their heavily pregnant Omega.
This was a fun light read that checked all the boxes. Knotting, Heats, Nesting, Fated Mates, and the utter devotion of the Alphas to protect and ensure the happiness of their girl. A perfect example of family isn’t dictated by biology but by the heart.
❤️ I have a soft spot when it comes to pregnant Omegas, I just love them so much because I’m a huge advocate for a sweet, butterfly-in-the-process type of FMC. My girl Ava shows how you can be strong while maintaining your of personality! I love a sweet FMC! Lol, and the Alphas - so perfect! Jesse, Micah, Bryce & Luke omg they won me over. I mean, each MMC has their own trope that fits their relationship with Ava so it takes some time for all of them to be a complete pack but the process is so worth it… the Alphas will prove how much they want Ava & why they are worthy of her love (bc she is THE one). Their dynamic is very interesting, I believe once you start reading you will want to know more about what happens next. Please do read this incredible omegaverse! The themes are different/fun and the author did an incredible job writing Ava’s story. As an Omegaverse lover, I adored every minute reading Vegas, Baby! 💞
So our fmc is Ava. She is such a beautiful soul. She is kind, compassionate and just wants the best for her unborn child and her alpha.
Our mmc's are Bryce, Jesse, Micah and Luke. Jesse is our sweet paramedic who is so kind and is very calming and knows what his Omega needs. Micah, is our k***ky alpha who is down to get dirty for those he cares about most but he's also really go with the flow. Bryce is a packless alpha who falls into Ava's path at just the right time. He's so stoic but he would do anything for Ava and he's so lovely, his life has been his career but with Ava, he sees the world differently and finally Luke, he is childhood friends with Ava but they are now estranged. He has a bit of a grumpy personality but I think he's always loved Ava.
The plot was so beautiful. Pregnant Ava thinks she's moving to be closer with her alpha partner, instead she finds out that he has been lying to her. Her world kind of implodes and she finds herself with 4 scent matches. Ava and her guys are navigating forming a new pack, the additional alpha included, Ava's pregnancy, getting to know one another and to top it off dealing with Ava's ex who she can't seem to shake. It definitely takes us on a journey but I loved how patient all her alpha's were, they gave her the breathing room to regroup and actually asked her what she wanted in everything. Luke and Ava also had a lot to sort out but in the end, the love they shared was worth it.
I highly recommend this story. It's just so sweet and wholesome. Lexie, what an amazing story.
Thank you so much to Lexie and your amazing team for giving me the chance to read this story. I am forever grateful 🙏
If you love Omegaverses, stop what you're doing and read Vegas Baby!
Ava is softer than the omegas I'm used to, so that took some adjustment, but I liked her. At first, when Ava was unwilling to ask for what she wanted or even needed, it irritated me. It took some time for me to get that she's just really sheltered and has been groomed by Andrew, her ex. I understood her a bit better as the story continued.
This is a complicated group. Ava's pack consists of Bryse, a single alpha, and the already-formed pack of Jesse, Micah, and Luke, who is a childhood friend. I loved all the guys, they were good at working on Ava's fears and anxiety, but it took some time for me to like Luke. His attitude needed an adjustment. His combativeness when it came to Bryce was irritating, and he focused too much on himself rather than Ava. He was a little slow on the uptake, but eventually, he figured it out.
I came for the romance with the pack rallying around Ava and the baby and falling in love, but I stayed for the drama. Inside the pack, there was very little drama (Lucas did have his issues), however, the same can't be said for outside forces. One of them being Ava's baby daddy, talking about red flags. Andrew is the very definition of trash. Omg, the crap he was pulling—I never wanted to rage so hard. Things got progressively worse until one final shocking event. Talk about unexpected.
Vegas Baby was spectacular! This book had everything—ex-drama, a pack learning to be a pack, tight family bonds, and a wild twist. It was so good. Ava's story also shows that being different can be a good thing. I can't wait for the next book in this series.
I greatly enjoyed Ava's story, even more than Callie's in #PackedUpInVegas. So many passages I highlighted surrounded both her and the packs insecurities about being worthy of love, time, and support. Don't worry, I see my therapist next week 😉
Andrew is such a cunt. Like, I knew he wouldn't be endgame from the off, he what a vile little shit! Not even in just the beginning, but every interaction we see with him he's pulling from the malignant narcissist handbook. And her mom? Fucking yikes lady! I hope for the sake of everyone they work through the hurt she put on Ava. Your kids are not your second shot at your dreams/doing it right. But for heavy those scenes are, they are well balanced with giggle worthy banter, shenanigans, and four loving alphas doting on their pregnant omega.
Something Lexie did in book 1 and she repeats here is showing a scene from one POV and the following chapter starts out from the other's perspective. I regularly read OV and multi-pov stories and I am always wishing to know what went on in the other's head during tense interactions. Lexie fed the beast a couple times and for that I'm grateful 💕. I also appreciated how Ava and Charlotte's interactions were handled. I cannot imagine what a Charlotte chapter would have shown after the first conversation she has with Ava. Made me more thankful she had her kids with her for comfort and a safe place to sort through the fuckery.
With Ava's brother moving to Vegas at the end of the book, will we be getting a new story with him finding his pack? (please?)

Thank you to Lexie Quinn for providing me with an arc.
I really loved Lexie Quinn’s debut with Packed up in Vegas so I was excited to be back in this world with a brand new pack. This book has the pregnancy trope which I am a fiend for so I loved that and it had fated mates which was done really well. I am very excited for the next book in this series.
Ava is in Vegas and is expecting to accept the perfect proposal and then move to NYC with the love of her life to raise their soon to be family. Until everything she thought she knew gets blown up in her face when she discovers that her supposed boyfriend is actually married with kids-leaving her in alone, pregnant, and pretty much homeless. Things couldn’t get worse except the stranger who exposed her ex is her scent match and is determined to make her his. Now her brother’s best friend and his pack has other plans and wants to take care of her as well. Ava has to figure out what to do with these new alphas who want her, a child with a man that is a liar, and her heart that has been shattered.
I loved Ava. She was one of the more chill omega’s that I have read and I really loved it. She wasn’t overly possessive because she knew her men were faithful and would pick her every time which was nice to see even after this book started with her ex cheating. I loved the alphas and how they figured out how to not only get along but make sure they were giving Ava her chance at happiness.
Oftentimes with cheating books either the significant other of the cheater stays with them or we don’t really see much about the aftermath but this book isn’t like that. I really loved how it was handled and because of it I am so very excited for the next book in this series.
Lexie Quinn has very quickly become a favorite author with only 3 books and I can’t wait to read what is next.
This book was a treat to read for sure, with an enjoyable story and a fun spread of personalities between the pack.
Story and pacing wise, Vegas Baby! has definitely found itself a spot on my re-read list when I'm in the mood for books where a pregnant omega builds her pack. There was an excellent blend of plot and spice, without overindulging in one or the other. There weren't any points where it felt like the plot hung up on itself, and Lexie did a wonderful job of keeping things moving at an enjoyable pace.
With the pack in this book being an existing pack having an Omega, as well as a new Alpha join, i enjoyed seeing them all spend time together amongst themselves, instead of just spending time with Ava. There were situations and circumstances that cause tension, and they were worked through with a mix of self reflection and conversations among the pack members as well as some outside characters. Multiple characters had things that they work through on page, from family issues, to trust issues, and I felt that they were worked through in a realistic way instead of the various sources of trauma being hand-waved away.
All in all, another great read from Lexie Quinn, and i'm looking forward to the next in this series.
This was an adorable, fast paced omegaverse book full of spice, humor, and heart. There was enough tension, twists, and turns throughout the book to keep me hooked, while also maintaining that cozy/happy/warm and fuzzy vibe. I definitely did not see a few things coming in the book plot-wise, so it felt fresh (sorry, not gonna post spoilers!)
Ava’s reactions felt authentic, and I loved seeing her open to new experiences and grow as a character. I also loved all of the MMCs—they all had unique qualities that made their pack multi-faceted.
I also LOVED that the characters protected their mental health, and set boundaries with family members even when it was hard. There was even mention of going to therapy at one point. A lot of times books will gloss over stuff like that, but real relationships can be messy, and mental health is just as important as physical health.
The spice was also great (5 peppers—this is a spicy one!) with scenes that made sense and could easily be pictured (e.g. no extra limbs or things that defied physics)
I have already recommended this and book 1 to friends. It was an absolute delight and I couldn’t put it down.
When Ava travels to Vegas with her boyfriend, pregnant with his child, all she wants to do is discover the city. Reluctantly, he gives in, which ends up causing everything she believed about him to come crashing down - but also leads to her meeting her actual scent matches. She’s terrified of her judgment as she was so wrong about her ex, and the scent matches don’t make it easy on each other, but the baby is coming… Will they figure it out in time?
I’m really enjoying Lexie Quinn’s omegaverses! I have to be honest though: this series makes me never want to travel to Vegas with my boyfriend - it seems to bring out the worst in them. I love the s3x work positivity, I love the very distinct personalities who all bring their own baggage and need to learn how to work together. It’s a journey but it’s mostly beautiful and the unwavering support is my favourite thing about this genre. Also: the smut was smutting, so well. Their adjustment to the new dynamic feels realistic, especially considering how everything happened, and I was rooting for them to find their way since they met. The story was so well-rounded and made my heart warm - already looking forward to book three!
Vegas Baby is the latest book by Lexi Quinn in her Sin City Omega’s universe. You do not need to read book one before this one, but we do run into some of the characters from book one. There is one female omega and four male alphas, no MM.
Ava went to Vegas with her boyfriend hoping to come home engaged. Instead she finds out he has been married for several years and has two kids. She has been with him since she was 18 and needs to find out who she is without him; hopefully become the baby arrives.
She run into Bryce while her world falls apart and finds out he is her scent match. She also run into Luke, who is her brother’s bestfriend from childhood. She had a crush on him when she was younger. Will they make a good pack now that they are also a scent match? Luke has two other packmates, Micah and Jesse.
Will these individuals come together to form a pack? Will they stay in Vegas or move to the East Coast? What happens when various family members try to influence them?
This was another great story by Ms. Quinn. I look forward to seeing what happens in the next book. You should go read this book now.
This book is my first book by Lexie Quinn and I loved it. It was enjoyable and fun and full of different characters. I loved the plot and characters, both were well written. The story itself was amazing and kept me interested from the beginning.
I loved Ava's story, she is such a strong character with everything she has to go through. I also love the way the pack is built and how they progress throughout the book. The bonds that form I loved watching, especially the way the relationships built around Ava. I think some of my favorite things about this book is the romance and how protective the men are of Ava. They are so sweet and caring, even some have a little bit of a grumpy personality lol.
Spice? yes! and so good. I really love how the spice and plot mix well together. One doesn't overwhelm the other. The passion between these characters had me swooning. I loved it.
Overall, this was a great book by Lexie Quinn. It was full of so much but just enough it wasn't overwhelming. I loved the way characters worked through things instead of just kinda skimming over issues, I really enjoyed that. If you love omegaverse, I highly recommend! Such a cute story!

Review: Loved this so much, it was all wrapped into a little bow. We have Ava who is the omega in this pack, she is in Vegas with her boyfriend when she founds out his secret and her world gets tipped up side down. She does meet all of her pack mates that night too but poor thing is a mess, which we all would be. This story wasn’t a far out there omegaverse story, I feel like this could happen and the narrators made it come to life. She has 4 alphas Jesse, Luke, Bryan and Micah. How I’m not going to say much but they all are fantastic and have their own troubles but they come together for Ava. Lexie Quinn has become an auto buy Author for me this year, I have listened to all her audiobooks and I have loved every single one of them. I’m not sure which one she is putting out next for audio but sign me up.
Hoping for a proposal, a pregnant Ava meets her boyfriend of four years in Vegas for his business trip. Instead, she discovers he's married with kids, and the co-worker who unknowingly exposed his lies is Eva's scent match. Further complicating the mess is Eva's brother's best friend and her childhood crush witnessing the aftermath of her discovery, and he wants to take her back to his pack. He is also a scent match. The men both want Ava and instantly dislike one another. She's reeling and wondering how her life suddenly went out of control. She's pregnant, the "other woman," and has scent matches all before dinner.
This could have been fantastic. Instead, it's good enough. The emotional dump at the beginning sets the story up beautifully, but the drama mostly ends there. Sure, there were a few scenes from the ex but, it didn't amount to much. It's insta-everything. I missed out on the wooing and Omega-spoiling. I even missed the big baby build-up. I wanted more connection, more depth, and more tension. The only thing I did not want more of was Ava's mother!
We start with Ava, our female main character (FMC), who is pregnant and in Las Vegas with her "boyfriend." However, she soon discovers that her boyfriend has another family on the side. Upon learning this shocking news, Ava finds not just one scent match (Bryce), but another, and one of them happens to be a childhood friend. This friend, named Luke, already belongs to a pack.
Luke takes Ava and the alpha home, and they begin to navigate their next steps. Things don’t go smoothly; Ava quickly becomes overwhelmed but finds herself bonding with Jesse and Bryce. Communication issues arise as they all try to establish their form of pack life. Nevertheless, they eventually sort things out and unite as one cohesive unit.
Their pack operates under a "touch her, and you die" motto, and it’s heartwarming to see how much Ava deserves the love and support these four men provide after everything she has endured. Overall, I loved this book and appreciated the appearance of characters from the first book in the series.

"My existence clearly demarcated into Before Ava and After Ava. Before Ava has been lonely and regimented, following a precise path that I had hope would gain the approval I craved. After Ava was like when Dorothy stepped into Oz, the world suddenly awash with color you never know you were missing."
5 star read, 4 star spice!
This has to be one of the sweetest, most perfect, ooey gooey reads that I've came across in a while. I loved so much of this book that I eventually had to just stop highlighting because pages upon pages were nothing but blue.
Instalove and instalust, pack competition(?) I wouldn't say conflict, but two pack members don't see eye to eye immediately. I would say mild angst due to an absolute human garbage can of a person, pregnancy throughout probably 85% of the book, mentions of S3x/cam work as a career, and very protective growly alphas.
I would really like to see a story for Charlotte or Nathan (Maybe togetherrrr???) to satisfy my curiosity.
Ava is an omega who is in Vegas, visiting her long-distance boyfriend, Andrew, before their baby is born. She finds out that not only he is married, but also has several kids with his wife and that Ava is the unknowing other woman. She's about to have his baby, she panics and freaks out. Bryce, an alpha who is also in town for a convention, comes across Ava during her melt down and immediately knows she's his scent match. Also stumbling across the scene is Luke, a childhood friend of Ava's. He was her brother's best friend, but he left without a word several years prior due to a bad home situation. Luke is living in Vegas with his pack, Jesse and Micah. What a situation. Luke immediately regrets leaving before Ava was of age as he had no idea that his childhood crush would be his scent match.
Ava is sharing a room with the alpha who betrayed her and now has nowhere to go and is heavily pregnant so the Bryce and Luke decide to go to Luke's apartment to figure things out. After meeting Micah and Jesse, Ava realizes this group is her scent matched pack and now they must navigate the whole new life. Ava's baby daddy made things more complicated by lying further to his wife and creating a situation littered with red flags.
This story was so full of wholesome drama and I ate it up. It was kind of comforting because no matter the drama, Ava was also supported through it all. I really didn't see it turning out the way it did, but it was perfect. Dramatic, but not angsty if that makes sense. It was an interesting change from the established packs of other series, adding an unknown alpha into an established pack and figuring out the dynamics of it all was pretty cool to read about. Luke struggled with his feelings through it all, but Micah and Jesse were gems and I just wanted to hug them the whole book because they were just so team Ava. Bryce was kind and also willing to make things work for the good of them all. Ava grew a backbone during the story and that was awesome to read as well. This book had everything and I was fully on board for the whole ride. I definitely recommend giving it a read.
I received an advance copy of this book in return for my honest review.
I guess what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas. Especially when it comes to omegas, scent matches, and cheating ex's.
Ava finds herself in a bad spot when her boyfriend's co-worker (Bryce) thinks that she is someone else. Her boyfriend's wife. As her world narrows in, Bryce looks out for her and her brother's best friend, Luke shows up. And her crazy day ramps up even more when Bryce confesses that he's her scent match.
Ava is pregnant and it isn't long before she needs to decide what she wants to do. More scent matches add to the problem as they need to figure out how to be a pack. And Ava's ex isn't ready to walk away. He is not a nice guy and he's trying to get in her head.
And some family members can't understand why they are together. There are moments when you'll want to scream, but trust in the pack.
FMC-Ava, omega, pregnant Mmc1-Bryce, alpha, millionaire, loves in NY, visiting Vegas for a conference MMC2-Luke, alpha, pornstar, childhood bestfriend of Ava’s brother, Nathan, lives n Vegas, pack with Micah & Jesse MMC3-Micah, alpha, pornstar, in pack with Luke & Jesse MMC4- Jesse, alpha, paramedic, in pack w Luke & Micah
Villain1-Andrew, bio dad of Ava’s pregnancy, Bryce’s coworker. Bryce mistakes Ava for Andrew’s wife (Charlotte) at the work conference, which is how Ava finds out Andrew was married.
As always, I love an omegaverse romance. This has scent matches, pack drama/discord, family drama, and more. I enjoyed the plot of the MMC’s establishing their own bromance relationships.
My complaint: Luke drove somewhere, didn’t drink, and mentioned taking a taxi home, but didn’t explain why. It didn’t make sense. That’s the kind of stuff that really bothers me. Lol.
Let’s talk about tropes you didn’t realize were going to be a thing and then they became something…pregnancy where it isn’t there baby and she is pregnant when they meet has quickly become a big trope of mine that I love…another one childhood friends being scent matches…it is so HOT. Now let’s talk about Ava and her guys…when Ava finds out that the Older (predator) man that she has been with since she was 18 is no good, fate steps in and throws her scent matches at her all at once. One teeny tiny problem, she is almost 7 months pregnant and on vacation with predator. And she might go into a small heat at bond with two of that alphas but it is fine everything is fine👉🏼👈🏼
Fully in my omegaverse era and if you like a book with an intriguing plot no third act breakup this is for you…
Ava's life is turned upside down when she finds out her boyfriend has a wife and family on the other side of the country. Throw in being six months pregnant and running into your scent matches at one of your most vulnerable moments and that's Ava's life.
I really enjoyed that the book didn't end right after she had the baby like a lot of books tend to. There were so many answers we needed and got!
Ava's men were all pretty golden retriever-y, even Luke once he fixed his attitude. Jesse was probably my favorite and Luke my least favorite.
There was something missing for me, I'm not sure what but all in all it was a cute fluffy omegaverse for when you need that kind of read.
Vegas, Baby is another great Omegaverse by Lexie Quinn. She is quickly becoming one of my favorite Omegaverse authors!
Ava, the FMC, is a pregnant omega whose life falls apart during a trip to Vegas. Luckily for her, she has 2 alphas ready to help her out, and chaos ensues. I love the characters in this book. Ava is so unsure of things after everything she has gone through, and the alphas in this story are there for her every step of the way.
Jesse is definitely my favorite of the alphas. He is just such a caretaker and immediately responds to Ava and her needs and continually cares for her throughout the book.
If you like scent matches and pregnant omegas, then go read this book right now! Can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
This is the second book of the Sin City Omegas. So you may recognize a few faces from the “Packed Up in Vegas” book. I love this series and hope it will extend beyond the three that I see listed for this series! This is a second chance at love for a heartbroken and pregnant omega FMC. she finds her scent match at the worst possible moment of her life. And then things become crazier when she finds more scent matches than she expected. Add in family drama, a crazy ex and now we have our storyline! Thank you, Lexie Quinn for another amazing read! It was kinda sad but wild and crazy and I loved every bit of it! Let’s not forget the steamy and hawt as heck smex scenes! I look forward to the next book in this series.
